This two bedroom/ two bathroom apartment is situated at the foot of Calpe's famous Penon De Ifach overlooking the harbour. The apartment comprises a spacious lounge and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, and 2 modern bathrooms. The enormous balcony is fully enclosed with a removable glass curtain which ensures a comfortable environment all year round. The apartment has secure off road car parking and the use of the private swimming pool. There are several sandy beaches and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment has elevator access from both the port and the rear car park.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is renowned for it's micro climate which is said by the World Health Organization as to be one of the best in the world. Calpe enjoys approximately 325 sunny days each year. Benidorm, one of Spain's biggest holiday destinations, is 30 minutes away with it's discos, night clubs and spectacular shows at Benidorm Palace. Terra Mitica, one of Europes largest theme parks is just outside Benedorm, together with Mundomar, the marine and exotic animal park and Aqualandia with water slides, shoots and rapids. Inland, the Castell de Guadalest is well worth a vist. Other seaside towns such a Denia and Javea are nearby.
Calpe / Calpe Port area
Calpe is marked by the impressive Penon de Ifach, one of the unmistakable sights of the Costa Blanca. The rock was turned into a Nature Park in 1987 and provides shelter for a variety of plants, This immense rock, towering to 332m divides the Calpe coast into two wide, very sheltered bays. Calpe's Old Town s a very interesting part of Calpe. with picturesque little streets and squares Because of the large ex pat population from all over Europe, Calpe has the best choice of restaurants that we have found anywhere, with cuisine such as French, Geman, Dutch, Belgian, Indian, Japanese, Chinese and Greek as well as English and Spanish to choose from. The Fiesta of the Moors and Christians, which takes place over a weekend in October, is a speclacle of fireworks and parades.
How to get there
Calpe is midway between Alicante and Valencia. Cheap flights to Alicante are available from most regional airports and British Airways flies into Valencia. A new coach service has just started between Alicante airport and Calpe or car hire is inexpensive. Many private taxi firms in Calpe offer an airport service which is cheaper than using the taxis at the airport
