This lovely 2 bedroomed luxury apartment on the 5th floor of a highly select apartment building named 'Edifico Morello' is situated in a perfect position to access the beaches, bars, restaurants, town and marina/port areasof Calpe. The view from the large south facing terrace offers views of the sea, marina, beaches, pool and gardens.
This is not your typical holiday rental apartment with only basic facilities we've put a lot of thought and work into making our home as comfortable as possible using quality furnishing and facilities to ensure you'll love your stay. It's superbly equipped with everything needed for a quality holiday including UK satellite TV, DVD player and library and much more. A perfect home away from home!

The large apartment is accessed by a modern secure entrance hall with two lifts to all floors. The lifts open out to a spacious landing and the front door of the apartment (there is only 4 apartments on each floor so its very private).
There are two bright good sized bedrooms, one double with access to the terrace and en suite bathroom. The second fitted with twin beds is next to a shower room and has views over the salt lake. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and quality furniture.
The modern fitted kitchen is fully tiled with granite worksurfaces, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher in fact everything you'll need to make a snack or a full meal (plenty of local shops and supermarkets close by). Off the kitchen is a utility room with sink and washing machine.
The spacious living/dining room is comfortably furnished with both dining and seating areas equipped with UK SatelliteTV showing all the popular UK TV Channels. There are also DVD and CD players complete with
libraries.
The large patio doors leads onto the large terrace which has a patio table/chairs for al fresco dining and sofa and easy chairs to enable you to totaly relax.
The apartment is naturaly cool and airy but ceiling fans throughout ensure that it stays that way even in the hottest of the summer months. Of course as you would expect it is always maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and docorative order.

The apartment building has a fabulous large swimming pool with a children's section, showers, toilets, sun balcony and gardens.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Calpe is situated along one of the most attractive coasts in Spain known as the Costa Blanca. At the heart of the Costa Blanca, within the region of Valencia Calpe is a large, but traditional Spanish town that boasts many excellent shops, beaches, restaurants and bars. Calpe is dominated by the towering rock of Ifach which reaches to an impressive 332m and is now a nature reserve. From here, magnificent panoramic views can be had and on a clear day you can see the island of Ibiza.
The town is a perfectly harmonised mixture of old Valencian culture and modern tourist trappings, providing an ideal base from which to explore the local area or enjoy one the many beaches. Calpe alone has four of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa.
The area also offers a unique microclimate due to the close proximity of the sea and mountains, a warm spring and autumn, a hot but not oppressive summer and some of the mildest winter weather around the Costa Blanca.
The Calpe / Calpe Port area
Calpe has many attractions to ensure even the most discerning of visitor will have a wonderful holiday. There are a wealth of restaurants and bars to satisfy all tastes and budgets many of which are within an easy stroll from the apartment.
Beach Area:
Calpe's two Blue Flag main beaches, the Cantal Roig and the Playa Arenal are widely known for their fine sand and calm waters, ideal for families. Together with the other two beaches, La Fossa and the Bay of Gasparet Calpe offers many kilometers of excellent swimming and surfing possibilities.
Modern seaside promenade (Paseo Maritimo).
Calpe Port/Marina:
Walk to the summit of the Rock of Ifach (marvellous panorama) Nature Park Peñón (Natur-Room with exhibits and audiovisuals) Promenade of the prince (Camino del Mar) Auctions at the Fish Market (Lonja).
Boat rides to Benidorm, Javea and Denia.
Calpe Old Town:

Whether you want a quiet holiday or a fun-packed one there is something for everyone in and around Calpe.
For the young at heart there's the Disney style Terra Mitica theme park at Benidorm, Terra Natura, Aqualandia Water Park, and the Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine Park. There are Safari Parks at Aitana and Vergel. Visit Waterfalls at Bolulla, Caves at Benidoleig and Canalobre. For superb international shows with dinner the renowned Benidorm Palace and the Casino Mediterráneo at Villajoyosa are not to be missed. Worth taking a drive to are the vineyards and bodegas of the Jalon Valley where you'll get some fantastic wine bargains.
There are many surrounding towns within an hours drive, all well worth a visit - Moraira, Altea, Javea, Denia and Benissa are a must - as is the beautifully preserved medieval village of Guadalest up in the mountains.

Calpe sits in an ideal location on the Costa, easily accessed by the A7 coastal motorway from either Alacante airport (approx 50 mins) or Valencia (approx 90mins). Both airports have regular daily low cost air flights to the UK and mainland Europe airports.
A large choice of car rental companies are available at both airports, car hire is adviseable to see all that the area has to offer but not essential as the apartment location means a short walk brings you to everything you'll need.
We are happy to arrange airport transfers for you if required.

A very comfortable flat. The only worry we had was for the furnishings - the cream material on the sofa and chairs. When our grand daughter was there we were concerned about spills and stains. That really is the only thing we can criticise! The owners were lovely. The position was good. We had a great week. Response: No need to worry the material is very resistant to stains and is washable so we have never had a problem we couldn't resolve! |

Great apartment with every facility, home from home, nothing skimped on. Quiet and clean throughout. Central location, good parking and great views. Much appreciated welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar water and even a bottle of wine! Would certainly recommend this apartment. |
