It is in an excellent location with stunning panoramic views of the valley and mountains, it is within walking distance of Calpe town and beach.villa has been furnished to a very high standard throughout providing a stylish but relaxed feel.
All the bedrooms look directly onto the pool area, access to the pool terrace can be gained through 2 of the bedrooms.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Calpe is a very popular, relaxed family resort with lovely beaches and a marina with plenty of fish restaurants. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants in the centre of Calpe. One of the most impressive sites is the huge rock mass of the Penon de Ifach that dominates the sandy beaches on either side. It is part of the natural park and remains isolated and untouched.
A climb to the 330m summit reveals spectacular views of the coastline. Calpe is 18km north of the very popular resort of Benidorm. The Ifach golf course is situated in Moraira on a country estate with the best views in the Region. It has a round of nine holes.
However, two rounds can be managed easily and players will be able to enjoy their game while admiring the view of the Peñón de Ifach rock and the sun sparkling on the Mediterranean Sea. The round is not too hard for beginners, nor too tiring for tourists who play in the summer season.
Calpe / Casa Nova area
Calpe is a thriving traditional Spanish town well known for it's port & marina & excellent restaurants Calpe also boasts 2 'Blue Flag' sandy beaches, which are divided by the towering 'Penon de Ifach Rock'. Just 45 minutes drive north from Alicante Airport and 60 minutes south from Valencia & approx 2hrs flying time from the UK.
Calpe is within easy reach of a range of family entertainment such as Terra Mitica theme park & Aqualandia water park in Benidorm. There is also easy access to golf, water sports, shops & markets!
Having spent many holidays in this region here are mine and my son's top attractions: Terra Mitica Theme park , Benidorm. 20 minute drive. My Son's favourite attraction! Terra Mitica was set up by universal studios. this is a full on theme park complete with roller coasters, log flumes and other scary stuff.We always visit in the evening - a lot cooler and less crowded and the night view of the Benidorm city-scape is great.
Aqualandia waterpark,Mundomar marine and exotic wildlife park- Benidrom a 20 minute drive. Another favourite of my Son's is aqualandia and Mundomar. Positioned next to each other, this is a great day out.The water park is a good size, with a big selection of rides, Mundomar being an outdoor sea life centre offers great shows within beautiful surroundings.
How to get there
The Villa is 70 kilometres from Alicante airport, which takes approx 45-50 mins by car. Alicante airport is within easy reach from nearly all UK airports.
Hiring a car is recommended, this will make it more convenient for you and your guests to travel around to put you in touch with the 101 things you can do on the Costa Blanca.

Further details indoors: The Villa contents are all brand new which include all home comforts including a tumble dryer, juicer, sandwich maker, music system, satellite, PlayStation 2 .We also have a travel cot which may be used for sleeping or as a playpen. There are two fold-out beds suitable for children. If a BBQ is for you then we have a gas BBQ for your use.
The dining room comfortably seats 8 people ( the kitchen also has seating for an additional 4 people if required) The dining/lounge room gives access to a covered terrace over looking the pool with panoramic views, there are stairs from the terrace which lead down to the large terrace and pool.
There is a fully equipped separate kitchen with dining area and laundry facilities in the adjoining garage. There is also a toilet and basin in the entrance hall area.
On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom they both have a zed bed suitable for children, 2 twin bedrooms and a large double shower room.
There is a selection of children's board games, PlayStation 2, CDs and books for added entertainment.
Further details outdoors: The outside area of the Villa ,front, side and back is all tiled with non slip tiles. There is plenty of space. Below the pool terrace down steps is a gravel garden.
The pool area has 8 luxury brand new sunbeds and also patio tables and chairs for al fresco dining. The outside area is spacious and you will not be disappointed with the great view.
Use the gas BBQ and make full use of the outside space. Tables, chairs and sun umbrellas are there for your luxury stay.
Further details
A deposit is required to secure a booking of 25%. The full balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required.
For each booking there are no hidden costs, such as extra cleaning charges, simply 'leave the villa as you would expect to find it', we will take care of the necessary linen changes etc. There is no extra charge for use of the air conditioning or central heating.
We charge a fair £50 to cover the final clean - towels and all bed linen - this is a one off charge payable at the deposit stage - the charge is £75 for parties above 6 due to the laundry costs
Conditions
Departing guests must leave by 10am and arriving guests can access the property at 3pm on changeover days.
