The accommodation in this spacious luxury villa is on three levels. Access is through solid wooded door to a lovely welcoming hallway which leads to a large sitting room / dining room where there are a number of comfortable settees, an enclosed feature fireplace, sideboard and coffee table. Entertainment is provided here by way of a Digital Satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system.
An archway separates the living room from a large fully kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. Also on this level there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room.
From the hallway, stairs lead up to the first floor landing giving access to a double bedroom, three twin bedrooms, with balconies, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes bedside tables with reading lamps and air conditioning units.
From the landing there is access to a roof top solarium which offers wonderful views of the coast including the Peñon rock of Calpe. It is an ideal sun trap and place to sunbath in total privacy. A small utility room with washing machine is also located on this level.
From the entrance hallway a second staircase leads down to the lower ground floor where there is an open plan lounge area with a double bedroom off. Also on this level there are three twin bedrooms and two separate shower rooms.
The villa has air conditioning / heating available in all the bedrooms and main living areas. It is well equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout making it ideal for our most discerning clients.

Outside, double patio doors from the living room give access to a terrace. Steps lead down to a spacious sun terrace and the feature 10m x 4m swimming pool, which benefits from Roman steps and has a poolside shower. Patio furniture and a brick built BBQ are provided to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. Sun beds and parasols are provided for basking in the warm sunshine. A unique and rather special feature of this villa is its full size private tennis court. Set in the grounds to one side of the house, you can enjoy as many games as you wish without interruption.
There are extensive mountain and panoramic coastal views to enjoy.
The villa has mature, ornamental gardens with off road parking available for at least three cars.

The Calpe / Les Cucarres area
If you are looking for a Costa Blanca villa rental Calpe is a great choice of destination. Calpe is a very popular cosmopolitan family resort, offering something to suit all. There is a great choice of restaurants and bars around the fishing harbour, plus many interesting shops, boutiques and nightspots. The two superb sandy blue flag beaches in Calpe are divided by the ‘Peñón de Ifach’ rock, a huge craggy headland used as a watchtower against Berber pirates.
The rock is now designated as a nature reserve; it is possible to climb to the top and take in the breathtaking views along the coast and inland over the mountains and hills behind Calpe.
The nearby salt flats have been home to a large number of flamingos that can be seen all year round wading in the shallow waters.
