Newly refurbished apartment -entirely self contained modern,bright & beautifully decorated with two bedrooms,Bedroom 1 has twin beds,ceiling fan,built in wardrobe with safe.Bedroom 2 has twin beds,walk-in wardrobe with vanity area ,ceiling fan & flat screen TV. Large contemporary wet room style bathroom, lounge with double doors opening on to lovely terrace with table & chairs leading to beautiful swimming pool and gardens. There is also a sofa bed, dining suite for 4 people and flat screen TV, Stereo, DVD. Small well equipped kitchen with all new appliances. The apartment is also fitted with smoke alarms.

Shady terrace from front double doors of apartment which is an ideal spot to take your breakfast or evening meal. Garden has many palm trees, fruit trees, bird of paradise and other plants to give a nice tropical feel.
Brand new pool last year (2010) - 9 m x 4 m .
4 x Sun Loungers/3 x Dining seating areas for 4 people situated around the garden.
Plenty of off road parking.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge to accomodate extra people (although space maybe limited as the lounge area will be compromised) at a extra cost of £40 per person per week.
Conditions
For any guests returning from last year, From March 2011 we now have an additional master bedroom with 2 twin beds, walk-in wardrobe & flat screen TV, making it 2 twin bedrooms & sofabed in lounge therefore now sleeping 5/6 people, hence the price increases. We pride ourselves in keeping the standard of accomodation high & are hoping to provide some other added extras for next season also.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The northern region of the Costa Blanca is very picturesque. A beautiful winding coastline with clear blue waters and rocky coves giving way to fine white sandy beaches, dotted along the way with old fishing villages and coastal resorts.The backdrop to all this is the dramatic mountain range and lush fertile valleys with orange, olive, and almond groves nestling up to the typical white Spanish villages where wonderful food and wine can be enjoyed.
A mild climate is assured all year round, with an average of over 300 days of sunshine a year. The World Health Organisation has designated this area as possessing one of the finest climates found anywhere.
The area is rich in history and tradition of which the friendly locals are visibly proud. It is recorded that this is where the last of the moors were driven from Spain, and many re-enactments of battles between moors and Christians are played out around the region. along with the many fiestas and celebrations there is always some reminder of what has gone before.
The area offers you a diverse choice of activities, water sports, walking, golf. etc. and interests, sightseeing, antique fairs, markets, wonderful food and wine. etc.
The Calpe / Ricarlos area
Calpe has evolved from a small fishing village into the relaxed friendly resort it is today, without losing its identity, enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. Indeed the fishing fleet still survives, and seeing these colourful boats returning to harbour with the days catch, each one with its escort of shimmering gulls in the afternoon sun, is one of the lasting images to take away. The harbour itself is sheltered by the rock known as the Penon de Ifach. A geological wonder rising out of the sea to over 332 mtrs, looking like a mountain that has slipped down to the beach. This is the symbol of the Costa Blanca. Seen from any direction it dwarfs everything around it, and puts all into perspective.
The beaches are superb, blue flag rated, and cleaned every day, you are spoilt for choice. There are two long main beaches that are backed by a wide promenade with bars and restaurants. There are also some smaller and larger sandy coves.
Calpe's salt lake is a unique nature spot which gives home to a wide variety of waterfowl, flamingoes and other migrating birds at various times of the year.
There is a nice cliff walk to the north of Calpe from the Levante beach leading to "La Bassetes" a small sheltered bay and harbour, here there are watersport facilities, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, scuba diving etc.
tuition is available if required, for both adults and children. nice restaurant bar on site for drinks, tapas or meals.
Calpe town is about a thirty minute stroll along the promenade from the apartment, although a good reliable bus service connects most points. Being a vibrant all year round working town with a fine selection of shops, cafes, supermarkets, banks, etc. there is always a buzz and plenty going on. A visit to the old town is a must, full of charm, by day or night, walk the narrow streets and shady squares and discover it's history. This is also where the market is held every Saturday morning.

Please be advised that the motorways from both Alicante and Valencia are both toll roads, you can pay by credit card otherwise you will need to have Euros available.

Fantastic, modern, clean, with-everything-you-need apartment, exclusive pool and spacious, beautiful garden, set in a quiet location. Very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful scenery and easy to find neighbouring towns of Moraira and Benidorm with activities for everyone. Phil and Caroline, the owners, are very welcoming and helpful with plenty of advice if needed. Highly recommend to everyone and look forward to returning next year. Perfect hassle-free holiday!! |

The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
All prices are inclusive of 'End of Holiday Cleaning' although we would request that you try and leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.
The apartment has a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep another 1 or 2 people (however the space will be compromised in the lounge) at an addditional cost of £40 per person per week.
Also included are towels (bath & beach) and all bed linen which is of high standard.
During the winter season (Nov-Mar) there is a charge of £25 for central heating (on in the morning & evening).
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit of £100, payable with balance is required to cover damage/loss/excessive cleaning
