The villa is set in a fabulous location with great views out over the sea from the main floor and master bedroom. Set in a quiet residential area it is 5 minutes walk from the sea and the Les Basetes marina with its sea-front bar and restaurant. The ground floor terrace surrounds our privately owned kidney shaped pool complete with poolside shower, patio furniture, sun lounges & parasols.
The villa is ideal for a family summer holiday providing a relaxing poolside/beach holiday, with a wealth of activities such as watersports, tennis, cycling, climbing and golf.

The main accommodation is on the first floor with a large living room, kitchen, double and twin bedrooms and two large shower rooms both with sinks and WCs. On the ground floor is a self contained apartment with a large en suite bathroom.
It is possible to fit a further two single beds into the apartment allowing it to accommodate two adults and two children for a small additional charge.
High chair and cot available on request at no additional charge, please advise if required when booking.

El Ruisenor is set in over 900 sq metres of well maintained gardens, and mature palms providing shade while leaving plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing. The pool area provides a spacious and private sunbathing area with ample sunbeds and outdoor furniture. There is a storage area adjacent to the pool and barbecue with a sink and a second fridge/freezer. There is a separate BBQ area by the pool with outside lighting around the terrace and the pool to create the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the summer evenings.
Bicycle hire can be arranged from the management company for an additional charge.
Our management company are ex-pats and are on hand to make sure things run smoothly.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The northern Costa Blanca starts with Denia and Javea, two wonderful towns at the bottom of a mountain before winding south past Moraira, our villa, then nearby Calpe with its great beaches, and going on down to Benidorm and Alicante. Famous for its wonderful beaches Costa Blanca is well known as one of the sunniest coasts of Spain with a warm year round climate.
There are many natural attractions along the beautiful Costa Blanca coast and surrounding countryside particularly in the smaller towns, back from the coast such as Benissa, Guardamar and Villajoyosa with its Chocolate museum. Combined with the attractions specially built for tourists such as the Terra Mitica theme park and the Aqualandia Water Park at Benidorm (about 30 minutes drive away) means a holiday here can provide something for everyone.
The Calpe / Basetes area
This is a great location to try out watersports and diving at the Les Basetes dive school and water-sports centre. A full range of activities are available here including, water-skiing, wake-boarding, rubber ringing, PADI diving courses, and Hobie-Cat catamarans and wind surfers for hire. La Fustera beach is 15 minutes walk away and the large Playa de la Fossa beach at Calpe about 20 minutes walk along the coast path in the other direction. Both can be reached in a few minutes by car.
There are bars and restaurants a short walk from the villa, with local supermarkets a few minutes drive. Calpe is a five minute drive away.
The villa is between Calpe and Moraira, and there are dozens of restaurants and bars along the picturesque coast road.
Calpe is a busy market town, dominated by the huge ' Penon de Ifach' rock alongside which run two long, sandy, blue-flag beaches which are safe, clean and ideal for children. Calpe has a harbour, marina and bustling high street as well as many bars and restaurants, including some great sea food restraurants, on the beachfront and in the picturesque Old Town.
Moraira is close by and again provides a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops.
Benidorm is about 30 minutes drive away and the picturesque resorts of Denia, Javea as well as the old town of Altea are all within 30 minutes drive.
Families are well catered for with tennis at the local Club Tenis (clay courts about 10 minutes drive away with English speaking tuition).
There are several golf courses within 30 mins drive of the villa and our management company can arrange golf on a variety of different local courses.

Driving range, putting green, swimming pool, tennis and squash courts. The clubhouse has a club bar, a lounge bar and a restaurant.
9 hole course, Javea Club, between Moraira and Javea. Tel: 96 579 2584. 30 minutes drive. An all-year round club with great views and attractively landscaped. The club has a driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, club bar and a restaurant.
18 hole course, Oliva Nova. Design by Seve Ballesteros. Tel: 96 285 5962. 50 minutes drive. Oliva has a clubhouse, covered driving range, pitching and putting greens, practice bunker, tuition, club repair, club rental, pro-shop, bar, tennis court and showers.
The area has a wealth of hillwalking, scrambling and rock climbing. Summer is a bit hot for this, but during autumn, winter and spring, the temperatures are perfect when combined with sunshine for 300 days of the year.

Really beautiful place to stay. The villa is fantastic, quiet, and well looked after. There are great places to explore in the area and the footpath along the cliffs to the amazing beach is treasure!

- Linen and towels are washed weekly and are included.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% secures your booking, with the final balance payable 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Full payment is required at the time of booking if the rental date is within 8 weeks.
Please note that we charge a Â£200 damage deposit. Once we have had the villa cleaned after your stay we will refund this, minus any breakage costs.Book
