Villa Sueños is offered by Marina Alta Holidays and is a luxurious villa set in a perfect location just a few minutes drive away from the sandy beaches of Calpe. The property has many special features including a SEPARATE APARTMENT and is set in stunning tropical gardens. The property offers magnificent sea and mountain views and boasts an 8m x 4m pool with terracing. The upper floor of the main villa features a master bedroom with king size water bed, own private roof terrace, a separate dressing area and en-suite facilities with a jacuzzi bath. This floor is connected to the main level by a curved marble staircase. The main level features 3 further bedrooms, 1 includes a 4-poster bed with en suite whilst one has its own balcony. This floor is also home to an open plan lounge with air conditioning, dining room with air conditioning, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a shower room. The main level also boasts a 40m2 balcony with 2 BBQ s, hot plate, fridge, sun awning and dining facilities for up to 10 people. The SELF CONTAINED APARTMENT (available Oct to May) has accommodation to include 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge, shower room and its own BBQ area. Prices from 300 to 500 Euros per week. A mild all year round climate and an average of 320 days sunshine each year adds to the attraction. Slightly inland can be found the traditionally beautiful Jalon and Orba valleys, the green paradise with a wealth of citrus, almond and olive trees and a carpet of vines producing wine for the award winning bodegas where samples are freely available!

This area is a unique place that every traveller should visit to sample the beauty, the traditions, the numerous fiestas, the handicrafts, the excellent local cuisine and experience the warmth and friendliness of its people.

Many activities are available : golf, horseriding, sailing, trekking, cycling, walking, climbing, scuba diving, quad biking and, for the less energetic - a host of local markets. All can be experienced year round making this the perfect location to holiday in or relocate to.

Larger places such as Gandia, Denia, Altea and Benidorm are just a short drive away from the peace and tranquillity of this area.

The Calpe / Ortembach area

Calpe - Is home to the famous Rock of Ifach which measures 332m in height.

Today it is transformed into a nature park to protect its unique vegetation and over 300 species of wildlife, including colonies of sea birds that use it as a nesting area.

Calpe is an authentic tourist site, with a coastline boasting sandy beaches, cliff faces and an ancient salt mine.

Remains of an ancient fish salting factory from the Roman times can be seen next to the sea front promenade.

On booking, a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost is due. The outstanding balance is due eight weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of 300 Euros is also required. This is payable at the same time as the outstanding balance and will be refunded to you in full providing that no damage has been caused to the property, its contents, fixtures or fittings. We will of course discuss any deductions with you.
