The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The landscape of the Marina Alta is blessed with miles of unspoilt beaches at Calpe, Moraira and Javea and wonderful rugged mountain vistas. Slightly inland can be found the traditionally beautiful Jalon and Orba valleys, the green paradise with a wealth of citrus, almond and olive trees and a carpet of vines producing wine for the award winning bodegas where samples are freely available!

Calpe / Ortembach area
Calpe - Is home to the famous Rock of Ifach which measures 332m in height.
Today it is transformed into a nature park to protect its unique vegetation and over 300 species of wildlife, including colonies of sea birds that use it as a nesting area.
Calpe is an authentic tourist site, with a coastline boasting sandy beaches, cliff faces and an ancient salt mine.
Remains of an ancient fish salting factory from the Roman times can be seen next to the sea front promenade.

We can enhance your stay by offering a range of luxurious treats and special interest activities to suit a variety of tastes. Availability is limited so please contact us early to avoid disappointment.
The whole villa is only rented between the end of May until the end of September. The apartment is rented between October and May when the owners live permanently on the upper level and will be on hand to assist, should you wish. Heating is provided in this period. Internet access available via WiFi & network cable . Only the main villa has air-conditioning. The villa is very private within its walled and gated area. It is marble and tiled throughout and is suitable for children. Towels and linen are changed weekly. Please bring beach/pool towels. No parties of males/females only. Please note that smoking inside the villa is not permitted. No pets. At certain times of the year the 4 bedroomed part of the villa is also available giving flexibility to enjoy this wonderful villa. ie as a 6, 4 or 2 bedroomed vacation.

On booking, a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost is due. The outstanding balance is due eight weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of 300 Euros is also required. This is payable at the same time as the outstanding balance and will be refunded to you in full providing that no damage has been caused to the property, its contents, fixtures or fittings. We will of course discuss any deductions with you.
