Enter the Villa through large patio doors, you will find yourself in the bright, light and airy Naya (sun room). Perfect on the hottest of days, throw open the large double windows, to allow a cooling through breeze.
A particularly large lounge with 2 huge sofas. Wood burning fire, large flat screen TV with English channels plus sky sports and movies, DVD/stereo system. Leading from the lounge there is a separate dining area for 6 people, with double patio doors out onto the terrace. Separate practical Spanish style kitchen.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms making this a perfect property for families or a group of friends. 1 twin room. 2 further bedrooms, one en suite, and the other is circular with its own dressing area, both with king sized beds, all three rooms lead out onto a further terrace. The perfect spot for your early morning cuppa or your pre dinner G&T's!
To fully appreciate just how close to the sea you are, go up to the top terrace, where the partial sea view and the Penon d’Ifach -(Calpe Rock, known locally as little Gibraltar) can be observed.
Our Mediterranean garden has a Moorish seating area, with cushions and a parasol for shade. From here, glistening and sparkling between the woodland pines, is the Mediterranean Sea, Which entices you to take a closer look. We promise it will not disappoint. Take the private woodland pathway to access the spectacular views, and the beach, which await you.
When you are rested and ready to up your pace, a newly completed coastal path, winds its way to Calpe, a 35 minute walk. The breathtaking views alone will be your reward for the little effort expended.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Weather in the area is well known for being very mild throughout the year, making it an ideal destination for holiday makers in both summer and winter months. This section of the coast is sheltered by hills and high mountains, allowing for a kind of micro climate. This limits rainfall, and as a result the region enjoys sunshine for an average of more than 320 days per year.
The sun is at its hottest during the summer months, with temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F). Whereas typically very mild winters, boast averages of around 18°C (64°F).
La Fustera is 4 kms from Calpe, a large but traditional Spanish town that boasts many excellent shops, beaches, restaurants and bars.
Moraira, 8 kms away, attracts and captivates both the holidaymaker and those wishing for a new lifestyle on the Costa Blanca.
A little further afield (20 minutes by car) you will find Benidorm, which boasts many tourist attractions especially families. Highlights include Terra Mitica Theme Park. Aqualandia Waterpark. Mundomar ( Sea World) Visit Benidorm Palace and enjoy a spectacular evening of food and entertainment.
Calpe / La Fustera area
There are 5 restaurants, which include Spanish, Chinese and British within short and easy walking distance, so the driver gets a night off too! Many have themed nights of both food and entertainment. A short 5 minute walk brings you to the well stocked supermarket, with friendly and helpful staff.
Weekly markets in Calpe (Saturday) and Moraira (Friday) offer a mixture of fresh fruits and veg. There are many bargains to be had, especially shoes and handbags.
This region of Spain is famous for its colourful festivals or fiestas. These take place throughout the year. One of the best is held on La Fustera beach, June 23, when El Dia de St Juan is celebrated with bonfire beacons along the entire Costa. This fiesta attracts the whole of Benissa town, people descend to the beach for dancing, food and socialising, until the very early hours! It is a sight to behold. This is an ideal fiesta for the guests of El Pou, within walking distance, no car required, perfect.

Well behaved dogs are welcome during long lets. Strictly no smoking inside the villa. Allowed in outside areas.
25% deposit is required with your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday commences. There is also a £100 security deposit payable with the balance which is refundable after the end of the holiday.
N.B. If booking within 8 weeks of start of holiday, payment is required in full (including security deposit as above). Payment by cheque or Bank Transfer.

Hi Linda, Just a short note to thank you for a lovely time. The ambiance in the villa is lovely and it was really nice not to have what my niece called the clinical atmosphere of an apartment. All the little personal touches with videos, food, walking stick, hat, etc was like a home from home and we'd really like to thank you for the peace and tranquility. Had a couple of wet days but went shopping in Moraira and to the zoo in Benidorm which was great.
