The villa has 5 double bedrooms and three bathrooms all beautifully equipped and tiled, two modern kitchens. A beautiful lounge with 40 inch plasma TV and a separate huge cinema projector room will allow you to endulge in your relaxing experience here.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea and mountain views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.
There is also a fantastic games room with a top of the range Brunswick 9 ball American pool room and a superb Kettler multi gym and also an array of free weights and benches.
Outside you can find a full size tennis court together with all raquets and also a tennis ball machine.
The villa also has a basketball court as well as table tennis and badminton equipment.
Exterior lighting adds to the vibe and lights up both the playing areas and the beautiful gardens.
The gardens are wonderfully landscaped and include various fruit trees including grapes, apples, loquot, peaches, figs, advocados, the list goes on.
Relax by one of the many fish ponds and watch the Koy carp at your leisure.BBQ time is a great occasion here under the palm trees. The bbq and outdoor summer kitchen overlook the illuminated swimming pool.

There is a superb games room with a Brunswick top of the range American pool table and a excellent gymnasium.

The villa has amazing landscaped gardens with an abundance of fruit tress including, figs, grapes, oranges and lemons.
There is a full size tennis court and a basketball court.
There are lovely fish ponds to relax by.
There are plenty of terraces and lounging areas.
The pool is illuminated and has plenty of sunbathing zones to unwind in. There is also a fabulous outdoor summer kitchen and BBQ area. There is exterior lighting and parking for 5 cars.
The exterior of the villa is magnificent and really is a tranquil and relaxing place to be.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

Alicante is the capital and major city of Costa Blanca , but it is Benidorm that attracts the most visitors. Benidorm is an expansive holiday playground and tourist spot in every sense of the word. The place offers every amenity a tourist could want. With a safe, kindred atmosphere, safe waters and a host of activities to do, Benidorm is ideal for family vacations. It also has a lively nightlife, with hundreds of bars and clubs catering mainly for British tourists.
Callosa d'en Sarria
Callosa Den Sarria really is a beautiful town set high up in the mountains of the Costa Blanca. It still retains its traditional Spanish charm, a historic village which is proud of its culture. Many festivals throughout the year including the famous moros and christianos. Very close by are the beautiful Algar waterfalls, the amazing castle de Guadalest and some of the best beaches in Europe. Plenty of bars and restaurants all close by make this an easy place to wind down and relax.
Close by are Bodegas and wine tours, theme parks and water parks. The valley has some amazing walks with beautiful wild flowers and glorious views. The climate is perfect all year round and and exceptional in the summer moths from April to October. The local people are friendly and hospitable. The town has all amenities including banks, chemists, supermarkets, local shops and fresh fruit and vegetable markets. There are excellent sporting facilities, outdoor swimming pools and gymnasiums.
