Bedroom one has a double bed; bedroom two has twin beds, as does bedroom three (upstairs). All bedrooms have storage space, bedside tables and lamps. There is a shared bathroom with WC, shower and washbasin. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker with hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere, also a wood-topped breakfast bar with chairs. The living area is light and airy with sofas, easy chairs and coffee tables. There is a combined TV & DVD player, also a portable stereo CD & DVD player with iPod dock and MP3 connectivity, so you can bring and play your own music anywhere in the house or garden. There is also an enclosed sun room and dining area with retractable picture windows. A mobile signal can be obtained at Casa Clara.

Casa Clara has a small back garden and a larger front garden with swimming pool. The garden is simply pebbled, with ornamental potted plants, shrubs and shading trees. The front garden also has a permanent table and seating area next to a purpose-built barbecue. There are chairs and sun loungers for sunbathing and parasols to provide extra shade. There are exterior lights and plug sockets so you can play your music outside. Solar powered lamps come on at nightfall to illuminate the garden and give it a truly magical air.

Conditions
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival on a Sunday or a national holiday is not recommended, due to the difficulty in buying provisions. Please arrive after 3pm and depart before 10am.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Situated on the southeast coast of mainland Spain, the Costa Blanca is renowned for its sandy white beaches and warm Mediterranean climate. Steeped in history and boasting beautiful mountain views, fragrant orange and almond groves and glistening waters, this picturesque Valencian province has something for everyone. You certainly won't be short of things to explore on the Costa Blanca, whether you wish to delve into its rich history or take advantage of its rugged, unspoiled interior.
The nearest village is Tarbena, around 15 minutes away by car. It's an authentic mountain village dating back to Moorish times with a few characterful bars and restaurants, a well-stocked mini-market, a bakery and other shops, as well as a couple of ATMs.
The nearest major town is Callosa d'en Sarria, around 30 minutes away, which has numerous supermarkets, pharmacies and banks and is a good place to stock up on supplies for your stay.
The Callosa d'en Sarria / Tarbena area
The main summit of the Serra Bernia is known as the 'Matterhorn of the Costa Blanca' and this region is a magnet for lovers of the outdoors. Walkers can take on the famous Serra Bernia Circuit and there are a number of riding stables offering horseback treks through the range. For climbers, the Guadalest valley offers some of the best adventure climbing in Spain, while for cyclists there are numerous mountain and road routes to try.
For wildlife lovers, Casa Clara is the perfect base. Spain has more varieties of wildlife than any other country in Europe, and on your travels you may encounter native wild boar, foxes and ibex, while many species of birds of prey may be seen in the skies above the region.
Among the many fascinating destinations within easy reach of Casa Clara are the spectacular medieval citadel of Guadalest and the enchanting lagoons and waterfalls of the Fonts D'Algar.
For people with kids in tow, the vast theme parks on the outskirts of Benidorm, such as Terra Mitica, are a short drive away. For nights out, there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants in the region, serving everything from tapas to international cuisine.
If you fancy a day at the seaside, the numerous resorts of the Costa Blanca are within half an hour's drive, including the long sandy Poniente and Levante beaches of Benidorm and Calpe, as well as many smaller beaches.
