Welcome to Honicombe Manor Cornwall - A great holiday park resort for families, couples and dog friendly.
The holiday park of Honicombe Manor is set in 30 acres of rolling countryside in the beautiful Tamar Valley on the Devon/Cornwall border. Surrounded by fields, woodland and streams and with views of Dartmoor, the setting is tranquil and picturesque.
Valley Lodge is a two storey, detached, 4 bedroom timber and stone, alpine style lodge. On the ground floor there are four attractive bedrooms including an en-suite double bedroom with glass doors leading onto a small patio. On the first floor there is a fully fitted modern kitchen and from the lounge/diner you can step out onto the timbered balcony with a wonderful far-reaching view across fields towards Dartmoor.
The complex is built around the Manor House which houses the reception and restaurant.

Honicombe Manor is in a superb setting in a lovely rural wooded Valley. It is easy to reach historic Plymouth
plus the town of Launceston and its castle. Other days out could include the Tamar Valley, Morwellam Quay,
Dartmoor National Park and nice beaches on the North and South coasts.
Callington and St Anns are pretty villages in a rural and wooded valley. Several nice pubs are available and a little further away are Tavistock and Liskeard. Cycling and walking are popular pastimes.
Outdoor activities... During the busy season we also do a bit of football training and outdoor activities such as Canoeing, Rock climbing, Absailing and Moor walking.
Plenty to visit nearby including the River Tamar, Okehampton, The Eden Project, The lost Gardens of Heligan and Tavistock.


St Annes and Callington are on the B3257 to the West of Tavistock. From the A30 take the A386 just after Oakhampton to Tavistock. For these with in car Navigation the post code is PL17 8JW

This is a comfortable detached lodge on two floors. The bedrooms are downstairs and the fitted kitchen and open lounge are upstairs. A balcony leads out from the lounge and has nice country views.
The lodge is double glassed and the furniture is comfortable. The largest bedroom has a double bed and en-suite facilities. The other three bedrooms have twin beds. A second toilet/bathroom is available in the hall way.
The kitchen is a reasonable size and well equipped. The large is airy and can sit 10 people.
The lodge is centrally heated and electricity is included. A cot or high chair can also be provided.
Pets may be considered also.

Facilities at Honicombe Manor include hearted indoor Swimming pool plus a toddlers pool., Disco, Restaurant and evening entertainment, We also have an outdoor heated swimming pool open May till September with sun terrace.
The resort has two tennis courts and table tennis,( there maybe a small charge for rackets or bat hire should you not have your own ). You will also find a small gym at the resort. After your workout why not relax in our sauna or sun shower (charge applies).
If you would like to exercise your brain why challenge someone to a game of chess on our Giant chess set, suitable for children and adults.
During our busy seasons (school holidays!) we run a full entertainment programs, this includes discos, karaoke, fancy dress, comedy nights etc. so we know how to party! Wine & Dine...
Have a full bar and conservatory restaurant serving light snack/lunches and a full menu in the evening.
Rentals are normally from weekend to weekend. However we may consider other arrival days and short stay
or weekend breaks.
Please note the prices given are for the 4 bedroom lodge. We can offer 2 and 3 bedroom lodges and
apartments as well.
The deposit is 20% and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.

Honicombe Manor is excellent for families: pools indoor (good if weather is bad) and one outside with lifeguards, play areas, tennis courts, evening entertainment etc. If you want to take it easy, there is a restaurant . There is a donkey park nearby, about half a mile away is Gunnislake Station where you can take really picturesque train rides to the seaside via an aqueduct, and if you have a car then you will definitely want to visit Dobwalls (kids love it), nearby beaches, old mines, Eden Project, National Lobster Hatchery etc. If you are lucky you can escape to St Melion golf course for a break. There is so much to do for everyone.
In general, the park is attractive and well maintained, car traffic is low and slow and watchful re kids running out, good amenities for kids and adults, clean. Have Fun.
