Guests are well placed to walk to many local attractions such as Cotehele House and Gardens or through Cotehele woods to Calstock. Wander to the two local village pubs both serving good food. For the little ones, the Tamar Valley Donkey Park and indoor play area is great on wet weather days.

The comfortable accommodation offers ONE super-king-size bedroom with wash basin and a seating area with views over the garden. There is ample room for 2 extra single beds or up to 2 cots (available on request). Bathroom: situated on the ground floor, with large double whirlpool bath and separate shower with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD, wi-fi, music system. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Regret no washing machine but washing/drying facilities available on request. Conservatory: with seating and views over the garden. Outside: lawn area and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electricity, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Additional info: home delivery of groceries etc available can be arranged prior to your visit and stored in the barn for your arrival. Location: pub and shop in village within walking distance.
