The villa is situated on two levels. Level 1 consists of master bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms with en suites, Kitchen, lounge, dining area plus a bathroom and separate WC.
You enter the villa via large hallway with an unusual vaulted ceiling and confortable corner sofa. The independant marble top kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board plus everything you would expect in a kitchen of this quality. There is also a walk in larder cupboard.
The comfortable lounge has 2 x 3 seater comfortable leather sofas , 42 inch widescreen LCD TV with BBC1/BBC2/ITV/channel 4 & 5 plus other movie channels. There is also a DVD, hi fi, video player and Hi Fi.
The Dining area consists of table and chairs for 6 people. The lounge and dining area has large patio doors leading to a terrace with outdoor sofas that provides stunning sea and mountain views. The large double bedroom has a double bed, En suite with shower cubicle, large fitted wardrobes, dressing area, ceiling fan. The two twin bedrooms have stylish furnishings and en suite shower room with walk in showers. There is also a cloakroom on this level. The lower floor consists a huge 2nd lounge with 32 inch LCD TV with British channels, 3 and a 2 seater leather sofas, plus a very stylish Coner suite. Also in this beautiful room there is a full size pool table and a second fitted kitchen There are large patio doors that lead to the pool terrace. On this level you find the remainder of the bedrooms. Bedroom 4 has a king size bed and the 5th bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms are huge and have 5 metre long fitted mirrored wardrobes and air conditioning. The bathroom on this level consists of a bath with shower attachment. There is a safe fitted in the villa. The 8 x 4 metre shaped private heated pool is a constant 1.2 metre deep and surrounded by its own terrace with a with sets of patio furniture and quality sun loungers with mattresses and an outstanding roofed outside eating area with table and chairs, fridge and BBQ. From the pool terrace there is a set of stairs that lead to the stunning huge roof terrace where there are stylish outdoor sofas, more sun loungers and patio sets. This villa also has private parking.

As you will be greeted on arrival at the villa you have the option to pay the final balance on arrival in cash (sterling or Euros) or sterling travellors cheques. This is to put your mind at rest and that we and the villa is genuine. However you can pay 6 weeks before your arrival date if that suits.
Once a deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed and the calender.
There is also a comprehensive book of notes situated in the lounge that is packed with information concerning the villa, the surrounding area and indeed Tenerife itself. This book also contains emergency phone numbers.
We also have a full comprehensive information pack concerning all the excursion trips, theme parks, etc that this beautiful island has to offer. You can even book your trips through us and we will offer you our discount. Further still we offer free advise and deliver your tickets to the villa at no extra cost.
We require a £100 returnable deposit which is due on arrival.

The Callao Salvaje / Colina Verde, Tenerife area
This villa is situated in a quiet residential area of the southern resort of Callao Salvaje. Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other other areas in Tenerife. This villa is a 10 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. There is a small friendly french bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. The new local beach in Callao Salvaje is also a few minutes walk from the villa, here you will find a bar with snacks, showers, toilets, seating areas plus a jetty which is ideal for fishing, snorkeling. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop is a 5 minute walk for those wishing to venture out. ThIs Tenerife villa is a 10 minute drive to the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Within a 5 minute walk of the villa is the brand new 4 star sports complex that provide tennis, paddle, squash, volleyball, basketball, large swimming pool plus has a gym, health and fitness club. Ideal for families. Both Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 minute drive away. The excellent beaches of Del Duque is only 10 minutes away.
