About the home

This beautiful detached fully refurbished villa has been recently furnished to a high standard throughout.

The equipment includes washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, iron with board. The comfortable lounge/diner has 2x3 seater sofas and a beautiful dining table and chairs that seats 6. This room also has a TV with BBC1/BBC2/ITV/Chan4/Chan5 and a movie channel and a DVD player. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes.

The private heated (October to May) pool is surrounded by a large terrace with 6 sunbeds and large aluminium garden table and chairs for 6. There are splendid sea views from the terrace, with sunset over the island of Gomera.

The owners live within 2 minutes should any problems arise. Although there are a few steps at the entrance the villa and terrace are on one level. This villa is in a quiet location and is regarded as one of the best in the area, therefore an early booking is recommended. There is a safe in the main bedroom

The Villa also has the following items for your use: New set of cutlery, plates, mugs, cereal bowls, mugs, kettle, toaster,various cooking utensils and bowls, several saucepans and frying pans, cooking dishes, egg cups, colander, sharp knives, scissors and cutting board.

Also included in the villa is an iron with ironing board, broom, mop and bucket and general cleaning supplies. There are several mirrors and pictures throughout. Baby’s high chairs and cots are available. There is exterior lighting on the large terrace and in the pool. Car hire can be provided at an additional cost - prices on request. There are also six sunbeds on the terrace.

Although Friday and Tuesday are the main changeover days, I accept bookings starting any day of the week subject to availability.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife has an excellent all year round temperate climate. Callao Salvaje is situated on the sunny south coast. Ideally located for Las Americas, Los Cristianos and the attractions of Siam Park, Aqualand, Jungle Park. Visit Loro Parque for a fun filled day. Many other local attractions.

The Callao Salvaje / Sueno Azul area

Sueño Azul is a quiet residential area of the southern resort of Callao Salvaje. Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other other areas in Tenerife.

Villa 250 is a 2/3 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. The resort is just a 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Callao Salvaje has a variety of bars catering to all tastes with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some very good restaurants. There are a handful of local hotels nearby.

Taxis and local buses are easily available for those wishing to venture out. The beach itself is half sand half pebble with a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc. There are several supermarkets and many local shops and banks. Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a ten minute drive away. There are tennis courts nearby. Ideal for families.

There are many airlines that fly into Tenerife Sur Airport. From there it is a taxi ride to Callao Salvaje.

Alternatively I offer a meet and greet service or can provide car hire from my registered car hire company.

We have just spent two weeks at this villa and had a wonderful time. The accommodation is spacious, Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The villa itself was excellent value for money.

As previously said in another review the pictures don't do this villa justice it overlooks the sea and La Gomera so you can sip your favourite tipple on the terrace and watch the sun go down.

We really enjoyed our stay at this well maintained villa which is in an incredibly peaceful location and yet only a short stroll to the facilities offered by Callao Salvaje. The resort itself is well located for exploring the rest of the island by car.

This villa was fitted out excellently and was cleaner than any other we have used previously.
