About the home

This beautiful detached villa has been recently furnished to a high standard throughout and has stunning views of the sea.

This property includes brand new stylish and upmarket furniture. The villa is situated all on two levels. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker, iron with board and everything you could expect and more from a holiday villa. The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 x 3 seater sofas and a separate dining area with table with 8 chairs. The lounge has TV with BBC1/BBC2/ITV/Chan 4/Chan 5, plus 2 sports channels, hi fi, DVD and video player. Bedroom one and two have large double beds with en suite, bedroom 3 has twin beds and en suite bedroom 4 has twins beds. All bedrooms are large and have air conditioning and large fitted wardrobes. A safe is installed. There is also a separate with WC. The manager lives within 2 minutes and are on hand for any matters that may arise. There is a large balcony with stunning sea views which leads from the lounge and separate dining area. This villa is regarded as one of the best in the area therefore an early booking is recommended. Internet is available at this villa but please prebook.

On the ground floor, all 4 bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans, large fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are identical with double beds and patio doors that lead directly onto the pool terrace, they also have en-suite with showers. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and leads on to the pool terrace through patio doors, this bedroom also has an en suites shower room.The 4th bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom directly next door.

You enter the villa on the first floor where you have a cloakroom, Kitchen, lounge, dining area and staircase leading to the ground floor
The independent marble top kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board.
The comfortable lounge has 3 sofas to seat 8 people and has satellite TV which includes BBC1/BBC2/ITV/channel 4 & 5 plus two sports channels. There is also a DVD, hi fi and video player.
The Dining area consists of table and chairs for 6 people. Both Lounge and dining area have patio doors leading to separate terrace that have stunning sea views and sets of patio furniture.

There is also a large laundry room that includes a washing machine and plenty of storage space.

There is also a safe fitted in the villa.

Further details outdoors:
Our new heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features is the roman styled steps that lead into the pool. This oval shaped 8 x 3.5 metre pool is approx 1.2 metre deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool also boasts underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property. The pool lighting and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required. There is a safety ring nearby. The update and cleaning of the pool is all done by the owner.

We except an any day bookings on this villa for any duration of time.

In order to book this accommodation we do require a deposit of £180 per week. The deposit can be paid by a UK cheque sent to an UK address or paid directly into a UK bank account. For those wishing to pay in euros, you can pay directly into a euro account. Full details of addresses and bank account details will be emailed to you when you confirm you want to book..

As you will be greeted on arrival you have the option to pay the final balance on arrival in cash (sterling or Euros) or sterling travellors cheques at the property. This is to put your mind at rest and that we and the villa is genuine.However you can pay eight weeks before your arrival date if that suits by one of the above methods.

Once a deposit has been received will confirm the booking with you by email and alter our online calender.

For all school half term and Easter weeks please add an additional £100 per week

There is also a comprehensive book of notes situated in the lounge that is packed with information concerning the villa, the surrounding area and indeed Tenerife itself. This book also contains emergency phone numbers.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife has a number of busy resorts with many bars, chic nightclubs, discos and casinos. Resturants and cafe's are plentiful. The quieter resorts offer a more peaceful environment to chillout for a blissful holiday destination.

The Callao Salvaje area

Callao Salvaje is a quiet residential area of south Tenerife. Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other other areas in Tenerife. Villa Jacqui is a 5 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc

There is a small friendly french bakers just a 500 metres away that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. The resort is a 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop is a 5 minute walk for those wishing to venture out.

The beach is a 10 minute stroll away that is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc. Both Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 minute drive away. There is a nearby tennis and fitness club. Ideal for families.

“Great Villa” Great Villa with eveything you need ,home from home, met on arrival by Sean who was very helpfull then and throughout our stay , would definetely book again .
