The recent redecoration and refurbishment of the property gives the apartment a fresh, bright and holiday feel.
A well equipted kitchen and bathroom with washing machine provides all of the facilities you need for you stay how ever long. We also provide a safe for use during your stay. The complex provides a clean and well kept pool in addition to the amazing new beach right on your door step. BBC1, BBC2, ITV and channel 4 are amonst the UK channels that are available through the satallite system.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife offers the widest range of tourist attractions of any of the Canaries, with its spectacular volcanic scenery and distinctive black sands. There are plenty of watersports on offer and a vibrant nightlife. Los Cristianos is an old fishing village, with ferry trips to the secluded islands of La Gomera and El Hierro which both boast dramatic scenery. Nearby La Palma is the world’s steepest island, leading up to the massive crater which is part of its National Park.

The Callao Salvaje area

Back on Tenerife, Playa de las Américas is a cheerful and relaxed resort, with good windsurfing to be had at nearby El Médano. Puerto de la Cruz offers buildings by architect César Manrique, and for children Loro Parque is a wonderful place to see parrots and dolphins. The Parque Nacional del Tiede is unmissable for walkers, with its landscape of lava streams and volcanic rocks.

Callao Salvaje is situated along the South Coast and is famous for having the best weather on the island.
Its newly appointed sandy beach is the talk of the town. There are ample bars, resturants and cafe's as well as supermarkets,bakeries and gift shops scattered along the high street which make Callao Salvaje self sufficiant if you are only with us for a short stay.The bus service runs throughout the day and evening into some of the larger more commercial areas of Tenerife.

“Wow what a gem!” Myself and my fiancé rented this apartment based in the residential area of Callao Salvaje, a short bus or taxi ride from the busier resorts of Adeje and Las Americas. The sea view from the apartment was superb. You could hear the waves. We are in our 30s and town of Callao Salvaje had everything we needed, bars, restaurants, bank, several well stocked supermarkets and even a French bakery! There is also a newly appointed beach which is lovely. The apartment was great, it was clean, well equipped, and the owner Karen was really helpful. (She also offers a pick up service from the airport.) There was even British TV which was a bonus when you wanted to stay in the shade. The pool was spotless and quiet, with no issues getting a sunbed. The washing machine was a lovely addition, which allowed us to go home with minimal laundry to do! All in all this apartment was great, and we will definitely consider booking it again.

“Very relaxing break” Ideally placed property in a quiet resort. Minutes from beach, lovely view, good clean pool area. Well equipped apartment for dining in...but in easy walking distance of excellent cafes and restaurants.

“Beautiful views” We enjoyed a fabulous 12 days in this apartment, recently decorated + well equipped. Bonus having a washing machine as came home with no laundry to wash in England. Just as well as it's rained since we returned !!! Lovely and clean, plenty of clean towels supplied and views were spectacular. I visit Tenerife often as have friends living in Calleo and would definitely use this apartment again. A fan in bedroom would be helpful as no air conditioning and in Summer may be unbearable. We had several very hot nights so left patio doors open, can hear the sea from the apartment - lovely.

“Peace and quiet at a great price” Myself and my partner recently stayed at this apartment for 9 nights and had a really lovely holiday. Despite being in our 20s we really wanted a quite and relaxing break and that is exactly what we got. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us, it was clean and had everything we needed, including a hair dryer and Iron which may not seem too important but if you have minimal baggage allowance as we did its a real help. The kitchen was well equipped, it had everything we needed, it has to be said our cooking was minimal given the lovely and reasonably priced local restaurants on the door step. There were even tea bags and milk to hand which were much appreciated given our late night arrival, such little details can make all the difference. The apartment is in a great location, close to local amenities and looks right on to the beach. The pool area was clean and was lovely and quiet, non of the sunbed wars of a packed resort, sometimes we would have it all to ourselves and at its busiest we shared it with another couple and a young family. The local area is relatively quiet but had some lovely places to eat and the bus stop was only 5 minutes away making other resorts and attractions really accessible. If your looking for simple, clean accommodation which offers value for money and a peaceful break I'd recommend a stay here, and with airport transfers available from the vendor it couldnt be easier to switch off and relax.
