Large corner plot, 3 bed villa with private heated pool and sea views, newly renovated! Modern and contemporary Sueno Azul located villa with its white washed walls and splashes of Arabian colour is a true retreat. Large open plan living area with cool leather sofas and flat screen TV, hosting a variety of UK channels. The area is complete with dining area and open kitchen with sparkling granite worktops and island, which is complete with all appliances. Large glass doors allow this room to continue to the patio area with splendid sea views. All rooms have fitted robes. Master bedroom has a dressing table and bedside cabinets with lamps along with an En suite bathroom and doors onto the patio. Twin and second double bedroom have bedside cabinets and lamps, Both share a shower room. The pool is heated* and private with tropical vegetation and a decked and tiled sun terrace surround. A deposit will be required upon booking. Balance is due not less than six weeks before travel. Bookings due for departure within 6 weeks will be required to pay the full balance at time of booking.

Payment is accepted via BACS transfer or Bankers Draft (By prior arrangement only)

All BACS transfers from overseas accounts will have £24 added to the balance to cover transfer fees.

The Tenerife region

The Callao Salvaje area

Situated in the peaceful and relaxing residential area of Sueno Azul in the resort of Callao Salvaje. The resort is very safe for families or those trying to get away from the “Costa Attitude.” If the sun is going to shine, it’s going to shine here in Callao Salvaje, averaging more sunshine than any other resort.

It is also part of the Pearl Coastline that runs from La Caleta to the upmarket resort of Los Gigantes. A short stroll away from the villa is the main resort consisting of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. There are a few hotels, which offer use of gym, Jacuzzi etc for a small fee. The beach is part sand, part pebble. However there is a small jetty, which is ideal for those wishing to fish or snorkel.

The championship golf course in Adeje is a short drive away for those wishing to absorb the beauty of the south coast. Taxis and buses are readily available for those wishing to explore the bustling resort of Playa De Las Americas and Los Christanos.

Tenerife has much to offer to entertain you during the day – From popular boat excursions that take you to see dolphins and pilot whales in their natural habitat to Teide National Park, that lies 2000 feet above sea level. Further North, you’ll find the wonderful Loro Parque with its variety of animals and attractions that will thrill adults and children alike.


Tenerife golf is booming with the island establishing itself as one of the most popular golf destinations in Europe. The Island features six-championship level golf courses open to the public, which include Golf del Sur, probably the best known of the Tenerife Golf Courses.

There is also the stunning Golf Costa Adeje course, which hosted the European PGA Tour in 2003 and 2004. This is now becoming known amongst the premier golf courses in Tenerife together with the Golf Las Americas Course and the new Buenavista Golf Course.

* Fly to Tenerife South Reina Sofia Airport (TFS) from most airports.

* For best fares on flights, check out www.travelsupermarket.com.

* The best way to see the island and make the most of your stay is to hire a car. There are many car hire firms located at the airport. A good sized car for a reasonable fee can be pre-booked or picked up on arrival from www.autoreisen.com.

* Taxis are also located directly outside of the arrivals terminal. These would cost approximately 50 Euro to the villa. Always remember to haggle and fix a price beforehand with the taxi driver!

* You are strongly advised to purchase any flights on a credit card. If your chosen airline does go into administration, you are covered through your CC company.

Me and my family my best mate and my sister came to Callo Salvaje on November 07 for a two week stay. As much as we loved the small town itself i think we all agreed that coming home to the this villa was the best part of the holiday. On arrival at the villa we just found that it was very clean and extremely tidy. Rooms all well sized and plenty of space to unpack your suite case.

On top of all of that the villa is located in the most ideal spot. 2min walk to the small bakery 5 min walk to all the small shops/ restaurant/ and most important pubs. Not that were trying to sound sad but the fact the villa has a washing machine meant that we could travel home and not worry bout unpacking 4 suite cases to wash. Overall ideal location and very good value for money. - A Clarke, Scotland
