Villa 97 is ideally positioned only 150m from the sea front and the resort centre. The centre houses fantastic realistically priced restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gift shops, etc. The villa is suitable for groups or families and disabled persons.
The resort has frequent bus and taxi service for those wishing to have days out at other resorts with Las Americas and Los Cristianos only 10min drive.

The Tenerife region
The Callao Salvaje area of Tenerife offers a mico climate with 360 days per year sunshine and minimal winds unlike other resorts.
It is an upmarket resort with some stunning restaurants, plenty of bars with some late bars for karaoke if required.
It has everything a holiday requires with all supermarkets, banks, excursion centres, tea rooms, etc on your door step
Callao Salvaje / Sueno Azul area
Callao Salvaje is located on the Costa Adeje the most recent up and coming coastline in Tenerife.
The stunning beaches of Playa Del Duque are only 5 mins away. Costa Adeje Golf, Abama Golf also only 5 mins drive. The new Siam water resort and park is only 10mins drive with the park being the largest European water park with imitation beach, wave machine, animals, water park and private chalets to let daily in the grounds.

Good afternoon Mark,
I thought that i would drop you a quick line THANKING you for making Villa 97 a lovely little holiday home.
My family and I walked into the gate and was very impressed. The villa was lovely and clean, and the pool was well enjoyed by my teenagers.
The rooms were pleasant, and bright.
The area was just what a mother with high spirited teenagers needed, as it kept them out of mischief in the evenings, as the area was nice and quiet.
The bus links for the main tourist areas were excellent, as were the many excursions that we were able to book.
So thank you for the use of your home.
