Mansion 4 is ideally situated on the edge of the village but within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, bars, banks, etc. Only a drive away from Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Los Gigantes and Adeje golf course(3km).
The villa makes the perfect family holiday with its large terrace, pool, kiddies play area, games and exercise room and location.
At the front of the villa there is a large south facing terrace with sun beds, private heated pool, gas bbq area, patio table with seating for all the family al fresco.

The Tenerife region
The villa is located in the south of Tenerife which benefits from all year sunshine. It is ideal for walking the Baranco inferno in Adeje etc,cycling around Teide and Villaflor, deep sea fishing in Los Gigantes, boat trips to see the whales and dolphins from Puerto Colon, many golf courses which are close by and amongst the best in Spain.
Also the biggest water theme park is due to open any time now which is a 10 min car ride away
Callao Salvaje / Colina Verde, Tenerife area
The village of Callao Salvaje is a short walk away with its many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and banks there is also a pebble beach although the best beach is 5 minute ride away in El Puertito which is quiet and unspoilt.
How to get there
The apartment is 10 mins drive from the south airport (Reina Sofa) recommended airlines are:
Monarch who flies daily, Ryanair who has started flying into the south airport this year.
We can arrange Car hire pick up from the airport through TJS car hire or Orcar.
