Villa Agustine was designed for the family holiday market with its private heated pool, large terraces, ample sun loungers, gas bbq, secure play area, games room and your own outside bar with a fridge to keep the beers cool - it is the ideal location for your holiday in Tenerife.
With its 42 flat screen tv and panoramic views from the lounge patio door leading onto the balcony to the games room (where we have a play station, table football and pool table to keep the children entertained) and not forgetting the exercise room to burn of those calories, we think it has the right ingredients for a great family holiday.
There is a further upper roof terrace with views over the mountains and La Gomera.

The Tenerife region
The climate in Callao Salvaje is probably the best on Tenerife, the village is located 30 mins from Mount Teide national park, 10 mins car ride from the nightlife of Las Americas although there are ample bars and restaurants in the village 10min walk away.
A short ride away is the small fishing village of San Juan were you can have a pleasant stroll along the coast and take in a coffee at one of the local bars. A little bit further along the coast you will come to the town of Los Gigantes where you can have a walk around the harbour or just sit at one of the bars and watch the boats coming and going or if you fancy take a boat ride to see the whales and dolphins which are always about.
A short ride in the opposite direction you come to Las Americas, popular with the younger people for its night life but by day you can lie and take in the sun on one of the beaches or if you are feeling adventurous take a ride on a jet ski, banana boat or try your hand on the para gliding boat. From the port of Puerto Colon you can take a fishing trip or try your hand at water skiing. Further along the coast you will come to the popular village of Los Cristianos, again with its fishing port, shops and beaches.
Callao Salvaje / Colina Verde, Tenerife area
Our villa is located in a cul-de-sac which is part of a quiet residential area but very popular with tourists as it is a perfect base for which to explore the island. The village has plenty of bars and restaurants, supermarkets and banks with the unspoilt beach of El Purtito 10 mins away.
If you are feeling fit you can take a walk along the coast to the next village of Playa Parasio which has a lido and is a base for scuba diving.
We have various fiestas through the year with the main carnival in February which is held in Santa Cruz in the capital at north of the island. This is second only to the carnival in Rio with all its colour and fun.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Tenerife Sur which is approx 30 mins away from the villa. You can arrange a rental car from the airport for pickup and return, we would recommend TJS rent a car or ORCAR both are reliable we could give you more details at the time of booking your holiday with us. Flights can be obtained online with fly monarch.com or ryanair.

Further details indoors: On the ground floor we have a large kitchen with separate utility room off, 2 double bedrooms with en suite, large lounge and dining area with patio door leading onto the upper terrace overlooking the pool and views beyond a staircase leads up to the roof terrace and another one down to the lower floor, where we have the master bedroom with its 4 poster bed for the romantics, en suite and patio doors leading onto the pool area, bedroom with 2 single beds en suite and a further bedroom with 2 single beds and also patio doors leading onto the pool area, separate full bathroom and a sun room with books ,magazines, beach towels and patio doors leading onto the pool area .
A separate side entrance leads you into the games and separate exercise room with pool table, table football, darts board, play station, stepper, exercise bike and cross trainer also a separate bathroom
Further details outdoors: Outside at the rear of the property is the large heated pool area with ample sunloungers, sit and lie chairs, large sun shade, pergola with table and chairs, gas bbq for al fresco dining, outside bar complete with fridge.
To the side of the property we have a gated kiddies' play area with swing,slide, wendy house etc

A deposit is required of 500 pounds to book the property with the balance paid upon arrival and refundable breakages deposit of 200 pounds is required on arrival.
