This 7 bedroom detached private villa is set in its own grounds of 2/3 of an acre with spectacular sea and mountain views. It has its own private heated pool, small room with some gym equipment, games room, 32 x 17 metre sand football pitch/volleyball court, children's 25 x 16 metre sand play area, table tennis area, several huge sun terraces with stunning sea views, huge off street parking area, a large separate additional 2 bedroom apartment for the larger groups, free internet access via a USB dongle, many TVs throughout with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5, sports channels plus DVD players. Master bedroom 11 x 5 metre with walk in wardrobes, large en suite with jacuzzi bath, walk in shower. 2nd bedroom 12 x 7 meter with double bed, 2 single beds, air conditioning, en suite with jacuzzi bath/separate shower. There are 3 other double bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. Fully fitted kitchen has dishwasher, American fridge. Lounge 14 x 6m with split level dining area, 42 inch plasma TV.

This large detached private villa is set in its own grounds of 2/3 of an acre with spectacular sea and mountain views. The private heated pool has roman steps which is surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun beds, patio furniture, BBQ and also offers splended views of the sea and the island of La Gomera. There is for your enjoyment a small room with some gym equipment, games room with a pool table and dart board and table tennis, 32 x 17 metre sand football pitch/volleyball court, childrens 25 x 16 metre sand play area with slide, several huge sun terraces with stunning sea views, huge off street parking area. This property offers a separate large self contained 2 bedroom (1 bedroom with 2 double bed, the other with twin beds) apartment for the larger groups with its own front door, bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubile and a large lounge/diner that has TV with DVD (please note this is an option if you dont require this then it will remain empty free from other guests). The main Villa includes TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5, Sky Sports, kids and movie channels plus DVD players. The huge master bedroom 11 x 5 metre with a large double bed and walk in wardrobes, TV with DVD and a large en suite with jacuzzi bath, walk in shower. 2nd bedroom an even bigger 12 x 7 mertre with double bed, 2 single beds, air conditioning, en suite with jacuzzi bath/separate shower. There are another 2 double bedrooms and 1 more bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms have either air conditioning or free standing fans. There are 3 fully tiled bath/shower rooms plus another external shower room . The fully fitted kitchen has all the items that you would expect from the property including dishwasher, american fridge, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave etc, the french doors from the kitchen walks out on to a large pergola type terrace which offers another dining table and chairs.for 8 people. The lounge has seating for 12 and measures 14 x 6m with a split level dining area for a further 8 people, there is 42 inch plasma TV, DVD player, this room also offers a hifi system. There are 2 outside utility rooms which includes washing machine, tumble dryer and iron with board. A There is also optional internet use, please state this on booking. There is a free cot and high chair on offer for your use. Car hire is recommended as there is very little within walking distance..Although this villa is unique in lots of ways, we would mention that the internal facilities are basic. This property is suitable for the larger groups.

In order to book this accommodation we do require a deposit of £180 per week. The deposit can be paid by a UK cheque sent to an UK address or paid directly into a UK bank account. For those wishing to pay in euros, you can pay directly into a euro account. Full details of addresses and bank account details will be emailed to you when you confirm you want to book..

As you will be greeted on arrival you have the option to pay the final balance on arrival in cash (sterling or Euros) or sterling travellors cheques at the property. This is to put your mind at rest and that we and the villa is genuine.However you can pay eight weeks before your arrival date if that suits by one of the above methods.

Once a deposit has been received will confirm the booking with you by email and alter our online calender.

For all school half term and Easter weeks please add an additional £100 per week

The Callao Salvaje area

This magnificent villa is situated 3km outside the southern resort of callao salvaje. Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other areas in Tenerife. Villa Cactus is situated in a stunning and tranquil area with no other buildings nearby. It offers stunning views across the sea to the island of La Gomera. There is a local supermarket, restuarant, bar, tennis courts and some shops in a nearby complex only 750 metres away. This Villa is a 3 minute drive to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. The Villa is just a 15 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort of Callao Salvaje does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquiste restuarants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. The local beach itself is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc. Adeje and Abama golf course complex are only a ten minute drive away. There is a pleasant beach of San Juan only a 10 minute drive of the villa. Car hire is recommended.
