Home description

This beautiful detached villa has recently been completely refurbished to a high standard throughout. This property includes brand new stylish and upmarket furniture. The kitchen has a washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board. The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 x 3 seater leather sofas and a beautiful dining table with 8 leather chairs. This room has ceiling fans, TV with BBC1/BBC2/ITV/Chan 4/Chan 5, plus 2 sports channels, hi fi, DVD and video player with many films on offer. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes. A safe is installed. The new private heated pool is surrounded by a large terrace with 8 sun beds with mattresses and a large shaded pergola with table and chairs for 8, a BBQ is there for your enjoyment. There are splendid views of the mountains from the terrace. This Villa is situated in a very quiet area and is very private and is not overlooked.The owners live within 2 minutes and are on hand for any matters that may arise. This villa is regarded as one of the best in the area therefore an early booking is recommended

Callao Salvaje area

Sueño Azul is a quiet residential area of southern resort of callao salvaje. Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other other areas in Tenerife. Villa Bonita is a 3 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc There is a small friendly french bakers just a 100 metres away that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. The resort is a 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop is a 3 minute walk for those wishing to venture out. The beach is a 5 minute stroll away that is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc. Both Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 minute drive away. There is a nearby tennis and fitness club. Ideal for families.

What most villa renters seem to forget is the very important matter of safety. Included in our villa is a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher (instructions written in English), stickers on plain glass patio doors, anti slip tiles around pool and terrace, plastic cups and plates etc for outdoor use, and a safety ring for swimming pool. Our villa has been checked by an electrician for any electrical defects. The villa is often sprayed throughout with an anti insecticide. There is also an external shower cubicle for your use.

The owner of this property lives 1 minute drive away. He is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area.

We would also like to mention that the villa is in an established residential area therefore there is no building work going on near or around this property.

Further details outdoors:
Our brand new heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features is the roman styled steps that lead into the pool. The shallow end is approx 1 metre deep and the deep end is 1.4 metre deep.. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool also boasts underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property. The pool lighting and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required. There is a safety ring nearby. The update and cleaning of the pool is all done by the owner.


Further details

150 pounds deposit is required. Either post a cheque to our UK address or pay funds directly into our Barclays or HSBC account. We also have a euro account for those outside of the UK. Pay 8 weeks before your stay or cash/travellers cheques on arrival.


There is also a comprehensive book of notes situated in the lounge that is packed with information concerning the villa, the surrounding area and indeed Tenerife itself. This book also contains emergency phone numbers.

We also have a full comprehensive information pack concerning all the excursion trips, theme parks, etc that this beautiful island has to offer. You can even book your trips through us and we will offer you our discount. Further still we offer free advise and deliver your tickets to the villa at no extra cost.

We only except friday to friday bookings on this villa as this is the main change over day in Tenerife.

If you want to go ahead and book this property we will require a deposit of 150 pounds . As i personaly meet all guests on arrival you can pay me once you are here in cash, euros, sterling travellers cheques or if you prefer eight weeks before your arrival date. You can pay by paying funds direct into our HSBC, Barclays account in the UK or sending a cheque to our address in Essex or for clients outside the UK you can pay direct into our euro account from any other euro account. We will of course reserve your dates for a couple of days once you have notified us that you want to book. We will confirm the booking and alter our calender once the deposit has been received.


Guestbook

There is a guest remark book placed in the villa which most guests do take the time to fill in. We are very proud to say that the remarks are very positive concerning our property and the surrounding area. Many of our guests do rebook and return to our villa.
