About the home

His beautiful detached villa has recently been completely refurbished to a high standard throughout. This property includes brand new stylish and upmarket furniture. The villa is situated all on one level. The kitchen has a washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker, iron with board and everything you could expect and more from a holiday villa. The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 x 3 seater leather sofas and a beautiful dining table with 8 leather chairs. This room has TV with BBC1/BBC2/ITV/Chan 4/Chan 5, plus 2 sports channels, hi fi, DVD and video player with many films on offer plus an ipod docking station. Bedroom one and two have large double beds with en suite, bedroom 2 and 3 have twins beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes. A safe is installed. There is also shower room with WC. The manager lives within 2 minutes and are on hand for any matters that may arise during your stay. This villa is regarded as one of the best in the area therefore an early booking is recommended. WIFI is available at an additional cost of £20 per week. please pre book. This villa also includes pool/beach towels, hairdryer, cool box for those visits to the beach and alarm clock radio.

What most villa renters seem to forget is the very important matter of safety. Included in our villa is a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher (instructions written in English), stickers on plain glass patio doors, anti slip tiles around pool and terrace, plastic cups and plates etc for outdoor use, and a safety ring for swimming pool. Our villa has been checked by an electrician for any electrical defects. The villa is often sprayed throughout with an anti insecticide.

WIFI access is available upon request at £20 per week please prebook.

The new private heated pool is surrounded by a large terrace with 8 sun beds with mattresses and a large shaded pergola with table and chairs for 8, a BBQ is there for your enjoyment. There are splendid views of the mountains from the terrace. This Villa is situated in a very quiet area and is very private and is not overlooked. This villa also offers free full size table tennis table with bats and balls included for your use.The manager lives within 2 minutes and are on hand for any matters that may arise.

The heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features is the roman styled steps that lead into the pool. The shallow end is approx 1 metre deep and the deep end is 1.4 metre deep.. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool also boasts underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property. The pool lighting and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required. There is a safety ring nearby. The update and cleaning of the pool is all done by the manager.

As you will be greeted on arrival at the villa you have the option to pay the final balance on arrival in cash (sterling or Euros) or sterling travellors cheques. This is to put your mind at rest and that we and the villa is genuine. However you can pay 6 weeks before your arrival date if that suits.

Once a deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed and the calender.

This villa is available for residential lets of 3 months or more.

For 3 month residential lets, all prices are calculated out by the weekly price stated. For example a booking from January to April please ask the price quoted by the number weeks you want to rent for the given period. We can sometimes offer discounts.

The Callao Salvaje area

This villa is situated in a quiet residential area of the southern resort of Callao Salvaje. Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other other areas in Tenerife. This villa is a 5 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. There is a small friendly french bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. The new local beach in Callao Salvaje is also a few minutes walk from the villa, here you will find a bar with snacks, showers, toilets, seating areas plus a jetty which is ideal for fishing, snorkeling. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop is a 5 minute walk for those wishing to venture out. ThIS Tenerife villa is a 10 minute drive to the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Within a 10 minute walk of the villa is the brand new 4 star sports complex that provide tennis, paddle, squash, volleyball, basketball, large swimming pool plus has a gym, health and fitness club. Ideal for families. Both Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 minute drive away. The excellent beaches of Del Duque is only 10 minutes away.

“Fantastic for a weeks break away!” A lovely villa with pool and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Very close walking distance to local bars and shops/supermarkets. Very friendly people,good food in all the cafe's and restaurants we went to. Recommend 'The Bow Locks' pub, 'The Red Lion' pub/bistro and plenty of other places that do every type of meals/snacks etc. We booked this villa through Holiday Lettings and did all correspondence with a lovely guy Sean who is English and lives in Tenerife, so has good knowledge of areas and places to go and very helpful with everything. We also used 'The Orange Bus' transfer company who were waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and picked up well in time for our journey back. The English guy Chris was very helpful and friendly. We had our teenage son and 3 over 18's + mother in law, 7 in total all mixture of age and we enjoyed everything on this holiday. Would highly recommend and shall be returning hopefully next year!!
