Home description

This luxury, spacious townhouse is located just 300m from the centre of Callao Salvaje, with it's unspoilt beach and bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and is well located to enjoy all the sights that Tenerife has to offer. The bustling resorts of Los Christianos and Las Americas are only a 10 minute drive away; however, if you are looking for peace and tranquility, the breathtaking views from Mount Teide are just 30 minutes away.
The townhouse is located in a small, secure complex with communal freshwater pools. There is a large, private sun terrace which is ideal for outdoor eating and sunbathing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full oven, microwave, toaster and washing machine (located in the basement.) TV, DVD player, books, CD's and DVD's are other home from home comforts. Upstairs, there are two fully air-conditioned bedrooms; the master bedroom having a kingsize bed and bedroom two has full size bunkbeds. A travel cot is available on request.
The property is well suited for family holidays or likewise, for coupled looking for a more relaxing break.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife enjoys a warm climate all year round which rarely drops below 21degrees during the day. The capital of Santa Cruz is a vibrant city which is home to one of the largest carnivals in the world in February of each year. Mount Teide is well worth a visit. A cable car can be taken to reach near to the summit.


Callao Salvaje area

Ideally located between the busy resorts of Playa de las America and Los Gigantes, Callao Salvaje is well placed to explore the island of tenerife. Situated in a relaxing resort gives the opportunity to have a quiet evening out in the resort itself, venture up the slopes of Teide to visit the many local spanish restaurants or take a short taxi ride and enjoy the more lively entertainment of Americas and Los Christianos.

The interior is fitted to a high standard with 2 2/3 seater leather suites large TV with access to a number of satellite channels. The large outside patio area is situated off the main lounge through patio doors.The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the neccessary utensils required for relaxing in house eating.. Feature wrought iron gates are positioned at the top of the stairs for that added safety when young children are staying in the property. The master bedroom has a small balcony off it , with views of Callao's unspoilt coastline.

Sun loungers are available on the large patio area and can also be used next to the main pool area. The complex is extremely secure with gated access at both sides
