Fully renovated 2 bedroom house in centre of market village. One double bedroom is upstairs with it's own toilet the second bedroom is also a double. Upstairs bedroom has a Juliet Balcony. There is a fold away bed and a single bed in the sunroom. Lounge with seperate dinning room. Tastefully furnished and decorated. Small private back courtyard ideal for alfresco dinning. A barbecue with all outside furniture and umbrella are included. The front of the house has a large verandah overlooking a small neat garden. House also has a very large cellar.

Walking distance to town centre which boasts many bars and restauraunts. Callac also has 2 large supermarkets a skateboard park, tennis courts, football pitch and a cinema. It also boasts a large lake which is ideal for fishing Short 45 mins. drive to beaches and the beautiful Granite Coast line. Callac has it's own train station and 15 minute drive to Guincamp and Carhaix. Ideal for families or couples.

The kitchen is fully equipped with built in oven and hob. Large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Place settings for 6 people. Dishwasher and washing machine are located in sunroom. We also provide vacuum cleaner, iron and irong board, brooms, mops and buckets. All cleaning products supplied. Linen and towels supplied. There are also 2 bicycles available for the adventurous.
