Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area, local transport and corner shops are less than 5 minutes walk away and Calis beach is a further 10 minutes walk away. The local Dolmus bus which is 5 minute walk from the villa goes to Fethiye (2.5 miles), Olu Deniz (6 miles away) or Calis beach front, if you are not in the mood to walk or cycle.
The villa is perfectly designed to provide shade from the heat of the summer sun whilst allowing sun worshipers plenty of space to lounge in it's warmth.
Bedrooms - There are 3 large bedrooms all with; front facing balconies with pool and tree clad hill views, en-suite bathrooms with large double showers, air conditioning, bedside drawers, armchairs, wardrobes, full length mirrors, marble floors and full length curtains. All bathrooms have stylish travertine marble tiled walls.
Master Bedroom - "Penthouse Suite" with a king size bed, a single bed (use as a sitting space or a bed), fitted wardrobes, table and chairs (can be used as a desk (inside or outside), a large private roof terrace overlooking tree covered hills with seats. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi corner bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed, two round east windows.
Bedroom 3 - Triple bedded room, west facing Juliet balcony in addition to the one at the front. This can be configured as a twin room, as one bed can be stored under one of the beds, or as a double with twins fastened together. Washing machine in bathroom.
Ground floor – A large and light open plan room has doors opening out to the private shaded terrace by the pool. The kitchen area (renewed in 2019) has high gloss fitted units, granite worktops and granite breakfast bar with two bar stools, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge area has two modern sofa's & dining area Hall has store cupboards and coat rack, full length mirror, separate family wet-room with toilet and sink.
Outside - The villa is surrounded by a small walled garden growing; Palm trees, citrus fruit, pomegranate, avocado and peach trees, Mediterranean flora, a small lawn and bougainvillea growing in abundance. There is a private pool with circular steps into the pool from the spacious sun patio which also has an outside shower. To keep children safe, access to the pool from the villa is via a lockable pedestrian access gate and the walled garden has a lockable gate to the road.

Information Pack in the Villa
Transfer from airport is 45 minutes each way and £40 each way or £80 return for a private transfer (by Property Mgt Company) for up to 4 people - we recommend this as the driver knows the villa location and hands over the key on arrival to the villa.
Taxi rank is outside the local corner shop which is a 5 minute walk away and the Dolmus local cheap buses are a 5 minute walk to, these run all the time.
There are 2 cycle rental / repair shops within 5-7 minute walk away too, there are 3 bikes at the villa which can be used on the basis that guests fix /get the bike shops to fix for a very small fee any flat tires, stuck brakes etc.

Olu Deniz is not far away (about 6 miles) and this is Turkey's most famous beach (with sand) and pedallos / kayaks, banana boat rides etc.
We do also have a TV and DVD player with 50+ movies many suitable for children and of course WIFI for when kids are worn out and need to chill.
Most local restaurants love children and some in Calis have video games.
