It leads onto a large terrace equipped with table and chairs and built-in barbecue, only a few steps away from the turquoise pool.

The Surf Centre a 5 minute stroll from the apartment is a great place for learning to windsurf, kitesurf and dinghy sailing including Hobie Cats. The more advanced sailor will also appreciate the ideal warm thermal winds which pick up in the early afternoon.

Calis Beach is famous for its spectacular sunsets, cooling afternoon breezes and the beautiful long beach of sand and shingle. Some of the opening scenes of the James Bond 007 movie Skyfall were filmed right on this part of the beach, famed for its magnificent panorama
The surrounding region is stunning with tranquil bays, rugged coastline dotted with many islands, dramatic mountains, romantic coves, and exquisite beaches. The nearest large town of Fethiye is only 4km along the coast. It takes only 10 minutes by dolmus (local bus) and 15 minutes by boat-taxi. The lively market town of Fethiye with its traditional bazaar, marina, charming restaurants, great shops and night-life can be easily reached by water taxi, minibus, bike or by car. There are many boat trips from its marina to places such as The Twelve Islands; Oludeniz with its famous beach and paragliding facilities 16 km away; Gocek with its marina and market about 20 km away and the beautiful Greek Island of Rhodes 50 minutes away on hydrofoil. Other nearby attractions include Jeep safaris, horse riding, many UNESCO sites, Saklikent Gorge & the ghost town of Kayakoy to mention just a few. Diving is also popular in the Gulf of Fethiye, with the clear blue waters being home to a host of reefs, sunken ruins, wrecks as well as colourful marine life. One can haggle for bargains at the bustling Calis Sunday Market or Tuesday Fethiye Market and it's also a fun opportunity to mingle with the locals who are extremely friendly and hospitable.
