About the home

This three bedroom, two bathroom luxury apartment is located only five minutes from the Levadas walks, the beach and from a golf course. The views are magnificent. The luxurious complex has 25 mixed apartments with a swimming pool and garden areas. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and even central aspiration.

Madeira has one of the best climates in Europe and is easily accessed with regular flights from most European Cities.

The apartments are fully equipped, with Oven, micro-wave, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, and every thing necessary for cooking.
All the apartments have a terrace with a wonderful view to the sea or mountain.
The parking places are available and a storage room also.
The main bedroom has 1 large bed and the secondary bedroom has 2 single bedrooms with a closet and mirror.
The main bathrooms is located inside the suit and is provided with a Jacuzzi tab. The other bathroom is provided with a shower.
The living room is equipped with TV and sofas, and has a terrace with wonderful view

The Madeira region

Madeira has one of the best climates in Europe and is easily accessible with regular flights from most European Cities. It Is an Island with very beautiful natural views, with good food and the famous "Levada walks". There is stunning scenery to explore, some lovely beaches and plenty of interesting sights to visit.

The Calheta area

Calheta is situated on the sunny South West coast of Madeira 40 Kms from the airport. Calheta is a very attractive village which has a social centre, cafes and a number of small supermarkets which sell everything you need.
It’s a quiet location – you are more likely to hear the neighbours’ dogs and chickens than traffic.
Near the golden beach there are banks, a big supermarket and the Yates marina with their restaurants. Driving towards Funchal you will find Madelena do Mar where there are restaurants and bars and a rocky beach.
