Casa Cañada is a newly refurbished villa, its interior realised by renowned Interior Designer Shane Williams. It has been beautifully furnished in contemporary style and offers delightful, well-proportioned accommodation twelve months of the year. The villa is located in a secluded cul-de-sac with its own gated entrance, and is spread over two levels, with outside terraces and spectacular views of both Salobrena on the coast and the Sierra Nevada mountains inland.

After you have discovered the treats in your welcome pack (€100 upwards) you will find the living-room/dining-room with high ceilings, open fireplace and floor to ceiling windows and doors opening on to a terrace which overlooks the gardens. There is plenty of room to entertain here, or for relaxing in front of the television. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped and complimentary Wifi is available throughout.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms look out on to terraces with captivating views of the area. On the ground floor too, there are connected double bedrooms, perfect for a family with young children, as well as a play room with full size table tennis table. Or while the children play, pamper yourself with a massage from €40 upwards or take advantage of one of the many treatments we can offer you through our concierge service.

Outside, there are secluded gardens with a number of mature plants and fruit trees, from which fruit can be picked by guests when in season. And amid these is a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi and adjoining terrace, barbeque and covered area for outside dining. The Andalucia region

The area stretching from Nerja to Motril, and inland to Granada, is one of Spain's best kept secrets: a truly unspoilt part of the country, known as the 'Costa Tropical'. From November to April the nearby Sierra Nevada mountains, boasting Europe's most Southerly ski resort with 100km of Alpine ski runs, attracts skiers from all over Europe to take advantage of a variety of winter sports and ski schools. In the summer the mountains continue to attract visitors for walking, climbing, mountain biking and horse riding.
