Luxurious 3 bedroomed villa on exclusive development of individual villa. Only a short walk from the sea front, shops, restaurants and harbour. Excellent golf course adjacent to site available to non-members. Recently upgraded with stunning bathroom with large whirlpool bath and separate shower cubicle. Spacious master bedroom, second double bedroom and third triple bedroom, all with built in wardrobes and large wall mirrors. Large lounge with log burner for winter months, TV, satellite, DVD and play station fitted. Large dining table and chairs, 2 large sofas, board games and books. Fitted kitchen with large fridge, oven and hob and washing machine. Freezer in out house. Gas central heating fitted and instant hot water boiler. Property few minutes from motorway exit for Caleta de Velez.

Plenty to do both in and out of season. great facilities for sports locally with 3 great sports centres, with a range of sports available, a local Triathlon Club with cycling, swimming and running training opportunities for the serious triathlete, the Baviera Golf Course adjacent to the site for golfers with a great club house and views accross the bay and the beautiful and challenging Mountains behind, great scenic country to drive up to and stop at the mirador and enjoy the view with the Zaffaraya pass, also a really popular cyclists challenge, for keep followers of cycling races and triathlon this is a big challenge or training ground, up to 1000metres above se level continuous climb on winding roads to the top of the mountain.

The Costa del Sol region

The Villa Calle vega is on the east of the Costa Del Sol. this remains a very Spanish area where spanish life is still the way the town functions. You will find lots of Tapas Bars, Chiringuitos, Fish restaurants, local Cafe bars and can really get into the heart of the Local life.

The Caleta de Velez / Urbanization de Rivera de Trayamar area

Urbanisation de Trayamar is a delux development of individual villas and you will be in top company here. It is Adjacent to the fantastic Baviera Golf Course. Caleta is a harbour village with a fishing port and yacht harbour. you can sit in the harbour restaurant and watch the boats come and go or the fisherman working busily with there catch. The beach is only a few hundred yards away and so is a choice of cafes and restaurants. ou can walk along the nightlit promenade into the town of Torre Del Mar where there is a vast choice of things to do. Restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream parlours, bike hire for the kids, street markets, beach fair (in peak season) stret entertainers and numerous Fiesta throughout the day. Although this is not a nightclub area there is a range of spanish clubs at the east end of the town that will keep the young ones entertained at weekends out of season and all week during July and August. Nearby is the Aquevalis water park open in the peak season, The more english town of Nerja (15 mins away by car) there is many street markets throughout the week in neighbouring towns with the Caleta one on a Saturday. There is Golf, Tennis, Fitness Centres, Bowling nearby, o-karting, horse riding, walking (out of season) Scuba diving, water sports, Even Skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains in the winter months etc.

“Fantastic villa in a beautiful and quiet setting” We stayed at this villa in August 2011. The villa is very well maintained, retaining a typical Spanish feel, in addition to having all the modern luxuries such as air con, TV and music system. The garden is maintained superbly and the pool was just perfect for mid day cool off's. The stone built BBQ was perfect for evening meals and entertainment. All in all Caleta is wonderfully Spanish if you wish to experience real Costa Spain!
