Beautiful, modern villa situated in a quiet urbanisation approximately 5 minutes walk from the village of Caleta, with its beautiful beach, marina, restaurants and shops. Furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard, with 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) and 3 bathrooms. Spacious lounge, fully fitted modern kitchen and large, private pool with terraces, ideal for al fresco dining.

25% deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A £300 refundable damage bond deposit will also be requested at this time. Bond deposit will be returned within 10 days of vacating the villa.

Access to the villa is from 16:00hrs and guests are asked to vacate no later than 10:00hrs.
A Welcome Pack is provided for guests arrival.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol, literally ' Coast of the Sun', is situated in south of Malaga between Costa de La Luz and Costa Tropical. It is one of the most touristic and popular coastal resorts of Andalucia. As it meaning suggests, this area enjoys sunny spells and warm sun baths nearly all year around.

Costa del Sol is a rather wide conjuction of different towns, cities and beaches. It includes the city of Malaga, and the towns of Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, San Pedro de Alcantara, Estepona, Manilva, Velez-Malaga, Rincon de la Victoria, Nerja, Torrox, San Roque, La Linea de la Concepcion y the Community of Sotogrande.

The Caleta de Velez area

Caleta de Velez has a long sandy beach with restaurants and bars. Caleta de Velez marina is just a few minutes walk further along. The promenade at Caleta stretches along the coast and joins up to the town of Torre del Mar.

Caleta village is 5 mins walk away and Torre del Mar is 5mins drive away. Nerja and the caves are approximately 20 minutes drive East.

The area is well services with banks, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. There is a shopping mall just 5 minutes drive away which has a multiplex cinema, bowling alley, shops and food hall. There is also an Aqua Park across the road.

Near Golf Courses:
18 hole Baviera Golf Club is literally a minutes drive away.
18 hole Anoreta Golf Club is approximately 15 minutes drive away.
