This single storey villa is designed to accommodate 8 people with two double beds and 4 singe beds. The open plan living room has a light, peaceful feel. It has a comfortable dining area with 6 chairs and two sets of French windows to the pool area, flat screen TV and full UK TV package including Sky. The independent kitchen is modern in design and is extremely well equipped for a self catering holiday. The villa has four attractive, bright, spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. There are two spacious bedrooms and one smaller, all with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, they share a full family bathroom. There are ample outside sun loungers and seating areas to accommodate all eight people.There is air-conditioning throughout.
Patio doors from the living room lead to the beautiful sun terrace which overlooks the large 8m x 4m private swimming pool with roman steps. The terrace is furnished with sunloungers, a dining table and chairs and a there is a large barbecue area at the back overlooking the 18th fairway, perfect for alfresco dining. An exterior stairway at the side of the villa leads to the roof terrace which boasts views over the golf course towards the sea.

Conditions
A 20% deposit secures the date and the rest is payable six weeks before arrival. For parties of 6 or more a breakage deposit is required of £200, which is fully refundable upon check-out by our agent.
The Fuerteventura region
The island of Fuerteventura is just 62 miles from the coast of Morocco, and is one of the most popular holiday destinations. The island has more than a hundred and fifty beaches.
With a dramatic volcanic landscape, little rainfall and all year round warm temperatures, the desert landscape is unique and large areas of the island are protected parks.
Fuerteventura (Fuerte – strong: Ventura – happiness) has been described as "the land that time forgot". It is the second largest of the Canary Islands and coming here really is like stepping back in time! Many people mistakenly believe the name of the island stands for "Strong Wind" and although there is often a steady, pleasing breeze, this is usually a welcome relief that makes the hot temperatures a pleasure.
It also makes Fuerteventura a water sport paradise – windsurfing, surfing and kite surfing take place all over the island.
The Caleta de Fuste / Fuerteventura Golf area
Caleta de Fuste is very much an up-and-coming resort geared to families. Opposite the Golf Course you can find restaurants of all nationalities to suit all tastes and all pockets. It has a bowling alley, an multi-lingual cinema and a large Supermarket
A shuttle bus service is available between the golf course hotel (5 min walk from the Villa), the resort of Caleta De Fuste and the large shopping mall. Two pretty lagoon beaches are a fifteen minute walk or three minutes drive from the villa. From there you can walk along the promenade into the centre of the resort or to the main beach at El Playa del Castillo. Before you reach the lagoon beaches there is an excellent new shopping mall. It has a very good choice of shops and restaurants, as well as a very large supermarket with a good variety of fresh food. There are diving and windsurfing centres on the beach at Caleta De Fuste. The villa is a 15 minute transfer from the airport by car or taxi.
Landing at the airport, the first thing you are struck by is the stark, lunar-like landscape. But explore beyond that and you find vast sweeping sand dunes, lagoons, little fishing villages and isolated sandy coves.
Caleta de Fuste is an ideal base for exploring this island being midway between north and south.

We all loved this holiday as the villa had everything you need and more. We hired a car as we wanted to see more of the island but the villa is only a 10 mins walk from the Atlantico Shopping Centre... more |

We stayed at this villa between 13th July and 27th July. It is so peaceful and you relax into your holiday very quickly. It's not that far from the Atlantico Shopping Centre and taxi's are very cheap (3 euro's to/from Atlantico, 4 euros to main town of Caleta, 15 euros to Airport - bargain). The management team were very friendly and efficient. Would definately recommend this villa. |
