Villa Riona is one of the most luxurious and spacious locations in the Exclusive El Descanso Community, situated on the 10th Hole of the Fuerteventura's Championship Golf Course. This villa has been designed and built to the highest standards available using only the finest quality materials. Inside, the large open plan area comprises living and dining areas with only the finest furnishings and fittings.
Villa Riona consists of three large double bedrooms and three bathrooms with a large hallway separating the living area for extra privacy. Outside is a private pool with showering facilities and BBQ. An extensive tiled area provides an enclosed patio area for al fresco dining. Comfortable loungers are also provided so you can relax in style whilst absorbing the superb sunshine and breathtaking panoramic scenery at no extra cost! Upstairs take advantage of our private sun terrace with seating, perfect for guests who simply wish to get away from it all.

The Fuerteventura region
There is much to do within a short walk of Villa Riona and a wealth of activities available further afield. You can walk to the beach in Caleta in approx 10 minutes. The beach is safe for all ages and sunbeds are available for hire.
Fuerteventura boasts a whole host of activities for you to enjoy during your stay, these range from Kite boarding, Wind Surfing, Snorkelling, Fishing to Camel and Buggy Riding. The properties central location is perfect for those who wish to participate in these activities and to access the northern and southern parts of the Island and for touring the beautiful scenery.
Caleta de Fuste / Campo de Golfe area
The Fuerteventura Golf Club is a Championship course with a par of 70 and 6,700 yards from the back tees. This course will test experienced golfers and contains three large lakes with a stream that meanders between fairways. After a round you can experience the luxury of the 5 Star Elba Palace Golf hotel complex with every conceivable facility available for temporary members.
The Salinas Golf Club located next to Fuerteventura Golf Club is a more forgiving course but will still test your handicap. Designed by Manuel Pinero it is characterised by self contained fairways surrounded by small hillocks to give definition and enhance appearance.
Your golf can be pre-booked at reduced rates for guests at Villa Riona.
How to get there
The airport is approximately 8km (15 mins) from the Villa Riona.

Further details indoors: Bedrooms: Master bedroom with en-suite has as King sized bed, full height built-in wardrobe. Buddha room (second bedroom) has a full sized double bed and full height fitted wardrobe space. The third bedroom has a full sized double bed.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower, washbasin, shaver point, WC, bidet, linen basket and ample space for toiletries. Second and third bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin, shaver point, WC, basket storage and toiletry space.
Kitchen: Fully equipped Siemens units with granite worktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob with extractor fan, tables and chairs.
Living Rooms: Spacious open plan lounge overlooking the golf course with generous seating areas including large double sofa bed. Large plasma satellite TV (including Sky and Terrestrial TV), Internet access, DVD player and coffee table.
Other: The entire Villa has been furnished with high quality matching hardwood furniture. Lighting has been carefully selected for its style and to provide overall ambiance. Gardens attended to and comfortable sun loungers provided for all patios and solarium.
Upstairs: Private sun terrace with seating
Further details outdoors: Outside, south facing patios and potted trees with large table, parasol and matching chairs to seat up to 8 persons for al fresco dining. Next to the BBQ on a large tiled area yet another dining table, parasol and chairs for up to 10 people. Separate sun loungers are also provided.
The swimming pool, entered by Roman steps, is surrounded by a wooden board walk in the middle of a large tiled area. Nearby is a separate shower area. The garden is fully maintained on a weekly basis.
Further details
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. We recommend that guests provide their own beach towels. Please note: You must provide your own bedding for cots due to legal regulations.
Conditions
Local Service Charges: Local service charges are a total, not a charge per guest. For example in the table below the charge for 5 - 6 guests is £63 in total for the first week.
1-2 Guests: Week 1 = £30 Week 2 = £24
3-4 Guests: Week 1 = £43 Week 2 = £35
5-6 Guests: Week 1 = £63 Week 2 = £55
