This excellent villa is in a superb location, only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and a variety of amenities. A large shopping centre with a cinema, shops and restaurants and golden lagoon beaches are only a fifteen minute walk from the villa. It is located next to the beautiful new Las Salinas Golf Course and is a few minutes drive to the popular resort of Caleta de Fuste and its small picturesque marina with its varied excellent facilities.
Our villa is ideal for both groups of adults & also for families with young children. The POOL SAFETY FENCE with self-closing gate (which can be removed if not needed) means that parents can relax whilst on holiday, knowing that their children cannot get to the pool unaccompanied.

The Fuerteventura region

Visit Fuerteventura and discover the islands natural beauty and tranquility, with the long and majestic stretches of golden beaches as well as a diverse range of cultural, typical Canarian and culinary delight's.

The island has a great historical and cultural heritage offering great contrast and diversity of people and places and is popular for many sports and outdoor activities. The scenic splendour of Fuerteventura must be seen to be believed.

The Picturesque and relatively unchartered island of Fuerteventura is rapidly becoming one of the most popular islands to visit.

Caleta de Fuste area

This villa is located on the perimetre of the Salinas de Antigua 18 hole golf course, with the club house restaurant overlooking the green. For keen golfers who command variety, there is another 18- hole golf course next to Salinas Golf. The Atlantico Shopping Centre is a fifteen minute walk from the villa. Here guests can enjoy facilities such as bowling, restaurants and a multi-lingual cinema.

There are also many shops and a large supermarket. The shopping centre leads down to a fantastic, shallow beach that is perfect for children. Guests can also use the fabulous Thalasso Spa facilities or book one of the therapeutic beauty treatments available at the 5* Sheraton Hotel that is only 1.5km away from the villa. The centre of Caleta de Fuste is a five minute drive from the villa, where there is a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a picturesque marina offering a selection of excellent water excursions and wind surfing schools.

Villa Zafira is bright and spacious throughout with high quality furnishings. The large living room has a feature high ceiling, comfortable sofas, a formal dining area and patio doors leading to a terrace.

There is a well equipped, separate kitchen and guest cloakroom. This villa has four very well presented bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, a dressing area, a sofa and an en-suite shower room.

Patio doors from this bedroom lead to a terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be made up as a double, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a terrace. The two remaining bedrooms have twin beds and patio doors leading to a terrace. These rooms share a shower room.

Further details outdoors:
Patio doors from the living area lead out to the partially covered dining terrace, with plenty of luxury patio furniture. The large swimming pool which can be accessed via ladder steps, measures 9m x 4m and is surrounded by high quality sun loungers and astro turf that is very comfortable to walk on and provides a safe area for children to play on.

Now with the additional benefit of a POOL SAFETY FENCE with self-closing gate, enabling parents with young children to have a more relaxing holiday. This fence is removable, so if you don't need it, our property managers can simply take it down.

Steps to the side of the villa lead to the fabulous roof terrace that offers more private sunbathing and partial views to the golf course and sea.
