About the home

Villa situated in Salinas golf course, peaceful location, 1km to the beach. It has private pool, sea and golf course views.

The villa has been furniture in a very contemporary fashion, it has 3 good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and large lounge/dinner that leads onto the terrace and garden. The main bedroom is furnished in wood and has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom, large dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space.

The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes with drawers. It has one leather three seater sofa and another two seater sofa, coffee table, side table, sideboard as well as a wooden dining table and six wooden chairs. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV.

Entrance to the villa is via private gates with private parking. It has shutters on all the windows and doors. The villa is situated in a 500m2 volcanic plot. It has a private swimming pool 6,5m x 3m, outdoor shower, sunbathing area with 4 sunbeds and parasol as well as an outdoor wooden table with 6 wooden chairs and BBQ.

Conditions

A booking deposit of 25% is payable with the remaining balance to be paid no later than six weeks before arrival date. Once the deposit has been paid this is non-refundable under any circumstances in the case of any cancellation.

A breakage deposit of 120 euros is payable on arrival day to be refunded after a full check of the property by the management on departure day.

The owners do not take any responsibility for any persons who may injure themselves whist in the property or its grounds.

The villa is not smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the outside terraces.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura is the hidden gem of the Canary Islands with beaches that rival any found in the Caribbean. All year round sunshine and temperatures that never drop below 22 degrees even in winter make Fuerteventura an all year round resort and ideal holiday location.

For Golfers there are two 18 hole golf courses in Caleta de Fuste one held the Spanish Open in 2004 a nine hole golf course in Las Playitas and a golf course planned in Jandia. The area offers dramatic volcanic landscapes, a lagoon, beaches, crystal clear waters and white sand beaches. Water sports, fishing, horse riding, hiking, catamaran trips, scuba diving ,snorkelling, buggy tours, camel rides, water park, animal experience, safari park, crocodile show and a parrot show are just a few of the things to do whilst visiting the island.

The Caleta de Fuste / Salinas de Antigua Golf Course area

Caleta de Fuste has a sandy gently shelving lagoon beach perfect for families and non swimmers sunbeds and parasols can be hired. Watersports including diving windsurfing, pedaloes, deep sea fishing boat trips and an Oceanarium can be found by the harbour.

There are plenty of shops bars and plenty of restaurants. The Atlantico centre is a 15 minutes stroll from the property or a two minute taxi ride and here you will find a further selection of great restaurants bars boutique style shops and a large Eurospar supermarket. There is also a cinema complex showing English films and a bowling alley with amusements. In front of the Atlantico centre are lagoon beaches with pedaloes sunbeds and parasols for hire.

Caleta is central to the island and the stunning sand dunes in Corralejo are only a forty minutes drive away where you can find the Baku Water Park and new Animal Kingdom. The Caribbean beaches which stretch for thirty five miles down south in Jandia are just over an hours drive away. Inland the quaint villages and ancient churches are less than a 15 minutes drive away. The villa is 2 minutes taxi ride to the Atlantico Centre where there is a large EuroSpar supermarket cinema complex bowling alley bars and restaurants and two lagoon beaches. The adjoining 18 hole Championship Fuerteventura Golf Course is very near, meaning there are 2 excellent courses within walking distance.

Hemos estado en esta villa en agosto.La situación de la villa es genial, te permite recorrer toda la isla sin que tengas que estar en el coche todas las vacaciones.La casa es muy bonita y está super limpia,las fotos no le hacen justicia.la decoración está muy cuidada.Se duerme estupendamente, los colchones muy cómodos.Armarios amplios. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario.Un lugar muy tranquilo y tienes cerca el centro comercial con supermercado, la gasolinera y macdonal´s siempre llevando coche porque yo no me iría a una isla como esta sin llevar coche, no podrias contemplar las bonitas playas,pueblos y todo lo que te encuentras en el camino.
La casa tiene una terraza amplia y un jardín con hamacas, sombrilla y una piscina, no muy grande pero muy limpia, a nosotros no nos faltó piscina.Si te ocurre algo sólo tienes que llamar al señor que te da las llaves y se encarga de la piscina es muy amable.
La isla es ventosa en algunos lugares pero encantadora.

**ENGLISH TRANSLATION** We were in the house in August. The location is perfect, which allows one to travel the whole island without being in the car the whole trip. The house is really pretty and super clean. The pictures do not do the house justice. It has been very carefully-decorated. You sleep marvelously. The mattresses are comfortable. The wardrobes are big. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything needed. A very quiet place with the shopping mall and its grocery store close, the petro station, McDonald´s but all with a rental car as I would never go to an island like this without renting a car, as you would not be able to enjoy the beautiful beaches, villages and all the things you see along the way.
The house has a big terrace and garden with sun loungers, umbrella and a pool. Not very big but very clean, we did not really need a pool. If you need anything you only have to call the man who gave us the keys and he takes care of the pool, he is very nice. The island is windy in some places but lovely.
