About the home

Furnished to a high standard, this property has all the latest mod cons needed to enjoy your stay. A spacious lounge with TV and Satellite TV, dining area inside and out. A fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher. Utility area with washing machine. Bedrooms furnished to accommodate all your needs, Master bedroom with Kingsize bed and second Bedroom, 2 single beds. A Travel cot available on request, along with highchair. One fully fitted Bathroom and a separate wc and shower room. Each room has ceiling fans and down stairs also has black out blinds to keep the villa cool.

The outside terrace is ideally suited for sunbathing on either our sun loungers or reclining chairs, or why not dine al fresco.... Views to the front of the property are over the campo de golf and sea. While the balcony views are over both of the local Golf courses. The property has locked gates which make it safe for young children to play. The communal pool is just beside us which also includes a children's pool and sun loungers to relax on again a secure area only residents to La Colina can use this facility . The local Atlantico shopping centre is 10-15 minutes walk. There is a supermarket, shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, Bowling alley, cinema, and amusement arcade. Also there is taxi service available outside. Caleta is a 15 minute stroll from the villa and again more shops, restaurants, bars, mini/crazy golf and some children's amusements and parks.

The Golf course is situated on the 5star Elba Palace hotel, which runs a complimentary bus service to Atlantico shopping centre and down into Caleta itself. This operates all day. The Golf course hosted the 2004 Spanish open, it is about 5 minutes walk and facilities include 50 bay driving range, putting green, a green for chipping and bunker shots, professional tuition is available. Club hire is available too. And recently opened just next door is a second 18 Golf course.

Deposit of £100 secures reservation, balance due six weeks before date of travel. If late booking , full payment due on bookings for 5 weeks or less to travel date. An additional fee of £100 is against any damages, this will be fully refunded after our staff have inspected the property.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura has 128 miles of coastline and beaches that would rival that of the Caribbean, it also offers all year round sunshine. Ideal for both summer or winter breaks. Caleta de fuste is situated on the east coast about half way down, only 10 minutes from the airport. An ideal location to base your holiday.

If water sports are your thing then all are available in Caleta de fuste, the are also Buggy tours, Trike tours, Go karting in Puerto del Rosario.

Corralejo, sand dunes turquoise watersand the Baku waterpark.

Flights available from most uk airports also for our Irish travellers Dublin ,Cork and Belfast international airports .From Ireland both Aerlingus and Ryanair fly direct .Ryan air now have 26 flights a week from the UK and Ireland. Car hire can be arranged prior to your trip and you can either pick up a car at the airport ,on your arrival. Or wait a few days and hire a car locally in Caleta. A car is not essential as there is also an excellent taxi service and it is very reasonably priced. From the airport to the villa is approximately €15.00.
