The spectacular Villa Lucuma by Kantu Villas Fuerteventura, directly faces a golf course and the ocean. Built in an 850m2 property, the high ceiling villa has 4 bedrooms and an ample backyard with a 6 person Spa and fenced/heated swimming pool and Cabana. Full-sized outdoor pool table, table football and private playground, only 10 min walk -or just EUR 5 taxi- from the nearest sand beach/Shopping Centre. Free Wifi (300 Mbit/s fiber optics), Smart TV with English and other international channels. The heated Pool with saltwater chlorination is perfect for younger children and people sensitive to chemicals. Air Conditioning is available in 3 of the 4 rooms during the summer months (June through October)

At night, be mesmerized by one of the world’s best night skies, full of constellations, planets and shooting stars, while you hear the sounds of the ocean in the distance.

Inside the Villa Lucuma, high ceilings and wide windows in all rooms (even halls) give you a feeling of amazing brightness and spaciousness throughout. The house is elegantly decorated in a modern and functional style contributing to an unforgettable and unique experience.

Villa Lucuma has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms

1 Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, in-wall closet, A/C 2 wide single beds (can be joined). The bathroom has a tub shower and it has two doors (exclusive or shared use)

1 Double bedroom with an external bathroom, A/C, in-wall closet, 2 wide single beds (can be joined). The bathroom has a rain shower.

1 Double Bedroom with 2 single wide bed (can be converted into double bed) A/C and spacious in-wall closets.

1 Small Bedroom with a bunk bed (fits 2) plus a rollaway bed for an extra person. This bedroom fits a total of 3 people, ideal for kids or teens.

1 Extra Bathroom with shower.

1 Half bath in the pool area

(hair dryers are provided for all bathrooms).

Equipment for families: 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs, 1 baby tub, children dinnerware, 2 car seats, 2 booster seats.

This inviting home also has a dining/living room area with wonderful ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle and complete dinnerware for 9) with an additional dining table, and a separate laundry room equipped with washer and drier. There's also a high chair available.

The backyard is without a doubt the best feature of this Villa. Its 8x4m heated* swimming pool is surrounded by green grass. On the deck by the pool you will have comfortable sofas and an outdoor table with a sunshade. Our reclining deck chairs around the pool and a double-sized Bali Bed (Cabana) give you additional relaxing areas. There is also a BBQ in the pool area.

The entire pool area is protected by a Euro-certified fence.

*Heated pool: the pool will be heated to a comfortable 28ºC and this is included in the rental price.

The house has Satellite TV with international channels, local TV, Smart TV (with apps such as Youtube and Netflix), a sound bar with Bluetooth connection, and some board games.

Our Wi-Fi connection is 300 Mbit/s symmetric fiber optics + Mesh Wifi with great coverage inside and outside, great for videoconferencing , work, etc.

We will provide bed linen and shower towels as well as an additional set of towels for the swimming pool. We will also provide other basic amenities such as toilet paper, hand soap, some dishwasher tablets and detergent.

Each bedroom has an available standing fan although you will rarely need one as even on the hottest summer days, the subtle Fuerteventura breeze will cool you down if you open the windows slightly.

The Golf Salinas community counts on 24hr surveillance plus the house is equipped with an anti theft alarm system. There video recording cameras outside the property.

Noise monitors are used inside the house (do not record sound). Security video cameras are outside the property. No smoking inside the house. Government ID of each guest must be sent before arrival. Early check in / Late check out subject to availability and a surcharge.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mone Hernan (the owner) a message.

If Mone Hernan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
