Caleta De Fuste is a beautiful town just a short 10 min transfer from the Airport. This means a short transfer until you can truely relax on your hoilday. With Temperatures reaching 40 degrees in the summer months the constant easterly breeze keeps the island at a fresh and acceptable level in the day but do not be fooled. Wear plenty of high factor cream if you burn easily!!

The Fuerteventura region

Caleta De Fuste is a modern and appealing town. Not over crowded or too big, Caleta will appeal to all ages because of its friendly atnosphere and clean, modern appearence. With temperatures reaching high 30's in the summer months and holding steady at around 20's in the winter Fuerte is truely an all year round resort.

Unhurried, Fuerteventura is a developing Island but is in no hurry to rid itself of its natural beauty. A barron, natural and sandy island Fuerte has an appeal like no other Island as you can drive 5 mins from the town and be in the open landscape over looking miles and miles of beautiful natural coast line. For the surfers among you the Wind surfing world championships are held here each year due to the fantastic easterly breeze that keeps the island at bearable temperature all throughout the day.

Caleta de Fuste / Montecastillo, El Castillo area

Local to Caleta are a number of atrractions. There are the salt fields 2 mins away, Fuerteventura Golf Club with its 36 holes is 2 mins by car. There is a water park 30 mins by car (Great Day out for all). With in Caleta you can hire cars, bikes, sand buggies (guided excursions). Fishing Trips are available as well as a submarine trip around the reef and Dolphin Watching. A local Road train runs from the road below the apartment every 30 mins and takes you to the harbour stopping at key points along the way. A 1 euro charge will have you in town with in minutes.

How to get there

Fuerte as it is affectionately known is accessible by all major UK airports. We have found resonable flights and prices from Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, East Midlands and Liverpool( RYANIAR).

XL Airways, Thomspon, Thomas Cook, Iberia are regular airlines and great value.
The apartment is a maximum of 10 mins by cab from the quiet and modern Fuerteventura Airport. Cabs are always on hand to take you to the apartment and will cost no more than 15-20 euros. We can arrange a meet and greet sevice for 20 euos and you will be shown around the apartment and the welcome brouchure explained.

With a large sofa bed and the option of using the external garden furniture as well as the dining furniture there is ample seating for all.

The apartment was refurbished at the end of 2007 incoprporating modern and comforting style with all mod cons required to make your holiday as relaxing and stress free as possible. The Holiday Management company that looks after the apartment have provided a full detailed pack providing all the details of the island, contact numbers etc etc etc. Bedding / towles are changed on a weekly basis . Towels not to be used at the beach or round the pool please.

Further details

We offer a weekly rental basis but will consider short breaks also, based on flights. The Apartment is available all year round subject to availability.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

A £100 non refundable deposit will be required upon booking to secure the required dates. Upon agreeing rental terms and dates the £100 deposit must reach us within 10 working days to secure the apartment. The Balance of the Holiday will be due 8 weeks prior to departure. A £250 security Deposit Cheque will also be required prior to departure in case of damages. The property management company will carry out a full inspection post your departure. Any damage/breakages will be notified and in turn agreed with you and deducted from the security deposit. If there are no reported damages/problems the cheque will be return to you immediately or destroyed as per your wishes. Payment is by Cheque ONLY made payable to " I A & M J PARTRIDGE". Address details confirmed upon booking.

A Meet and Grett service from the airport is available for a small extra charge of 20 euros payable to the driver. You will be shown round the apartment and contact details in the manual explained. If you arriving late at night a welcome pack can be prepared for you in order that you have supplies after your journey.
