The Fuerteventura region
Fuerterventura is renowned for its beautiful white sandy beaches and sand dunes, but there is much more to discover on the Island. A waterpark is just 40min drive away, as is a Zoo which is well worth a visit.
With its year round sunshine Fuerterventura is a perfect Winter get away, and only 4 hours from the Uk is very accessible. The Capital Puerto del Rossario is 15 minutes away in a car and has the shipping port, ferries to Lanzarote and a Large shopping centre with all the well known shops. The International Airport at Puerto del Rossario is just 10 mins 7.5km away.
Caleta de Fuste / Fuerteventura Golf area
Villa Sofa is situated on the 5th Fairway of the Fuerterventura Golf Course, host to the 2004 Spanish Open. Golfing equipment can be rented, and the green fees are approx 55 Euros. There is also a second 18 hole Golf course just minutes away. Beautiful beaches are just a short 10 min walk away lined with 4 and 5* Hotels containing fantastic facilities and Restaurants.
The Atlantico shopping centre contains numerous shops, bars, restaurants, also a bowling alley and cinema. The main town of Caleta de Fuste is a 20 min walk along the promenade or 2 min in a car containing a huge selection of restaurants, shops a beautiful harbour and facilities.
How to get there
Flights from most International Airports, inc budget airline Ryan Air. On arrival our recommended car hire company is www.cicar.com which can be collected at Fuerteventura Airport. Fuerterventura International Airport is just 10 mins drive from Las Cascadas There is also a good bus service around the Island.

Internet WiFi facility which you purchase online for 20 Euro per week on arrival, (4 MB ADSL Broadband). The dining area has 6 chairs. The Master Bedroom has a quality King Size Bed, patio doors to pool area, en suite bathroom with large jacuzzi bath, twin sinks, WC and Bidet. Bedroom 2 has a luxury double bed , Bedroom 3 has twin beds and Bedroom 4 a single, all with built in wardrobes. Main Bathroom contains a large shower, WC and sink. Both bathrooms have marble vanity tops. Fully equipped Kitchen with washing machine. Travel Cot and Highchair available as required.
Further details outdoors: Outside the 9mx4m heated swimming pool situated a large area which has been fully tiled. A 6 seater outside dining table overlooks the pool and Golf Course, and a fabulous outside sitting area with a 2 seater wicker settee.
A staircase leads to the huge roof terrace with spectacular panoramic golf and sea views. Situated on the prestigeous Fuerterventura Golf Course equipment can be rented, and green fees approx 55 Euros.
