Stunning new Villa Carskeogh is located frontline overlooking the 6th fairway on the prestigeous Fuerterventura Golf Resort, host to the 2004 Spanish Open.Perfect for a golfing or family holiday, this new luxury Villa has been furnished inside and out to the very highest of standards. An interior design team completed the interior, whilst the outside area features underfloor lighting to the pool area, luxury sunbeds, Bali House, outdoor dining and sitting areas, and a hugh BBQ. A 9mx4m heated swimming pool and warm outside shower.Native plants have been planted to the front of the Villa, whilst in the rear beautiful pots bring the finishing touches to this truly tremendous Villa.
Just 10 minsdrive from the Airport, and 10 min walk to beach, Hotels and Shopping Centre.

Villa Carskeogh has been designed with total luxury in mind, A Interior Design team completed the inteior, giving the Villa a luxurious feel that is second to non. All rooms are individualy Air Conditioned, The lounge area has patio doors leading out to the pool area, Leather corner suite , 42 inch flatscreen TV, Satelite TV, Wii Games console with Wii sports. A CD player with CDs. Dining area with Leather chairs. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, patio doors to pool area, on suite bathroom with large jacuzzi bath, twin sinks, WC and Bidet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed , Bedroom 3 has twin beds and Bedroom 4 a single and pull out bed for a small child, all with built in wardrobes. Main Bathroom contains a large shower, WC and sink. Both bathrooms have marble vanity tops. Fully equipped Kitchen with washing machine, and 2nd indoor eating area, Travel Cot and Highchair available but you will need to provide your own bedding for cot.

Outside you will find a beautiful private 9mx4m heated swimming pool situated in a simply stunning outdoor area which has been tiled and fitted with underfloor lighting for the perfect ambience in the evening. A 8 seater outside dining table overlooks the pool and Golf Course, and a fabulous outside sitting area with a 3 seater wicker setee, 2 chairs and tables for that perfect evening glass of wine. A Stunning Bali House completes the look. Luxury sunbeds for 8 persons (2 on roof terrace). The Villa is on its own plot and completely private to the front, with a gated intercom system. A staircase leads to the huge roof terrace which has been furnished with a beautiful seating area and native plants, with spectacular panoramic golf and sea views. Situated on the prestigeous Fuerterventura Golf Course equipment can be rented, and green fees approx 60 Euros.

Linen and towels are provided. We do not provide beach towels.
The Villa will be cleaned and Linen Change weekly.
The pool will be cleaned during you stay.
High Chair and Travel Cot available, however you will need to bring your own bedding for the cot. Please be aware the bed for the 8th person is a childs pull out bed.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and crockery and glasses included. There is a washing machine, iron and board and dishwasher.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerterventura is renowned for its beautiful white sandy beaches and sand dunes, but there is much more to discover on the Island. A waterpark is just 40min drive away, as is a Zoo which is well worth a visit.
With its year round sunshine Fuerterventura is a perfect Winter get away, and only 4 hours from the Uk is very accessible. The Capital Puerto del Rossario is 15 minutes away in a car and has the shipping port, ferries to Lanzarote and a Large shopping centre with all the well known shops. The International Airport at Puerto del Rossario is just 10 mins 7.5km away.

The Caleta de Fuste / Fuerteventura Golf area

Villa Carskeogh is situated on the prestigeous Fuerterventura Golf Course, host to the 2004 Spanish Open.
Equipment can be rented, and the green fees are approx 60 Euros. There is also a second 18 hole Golf course just minutes away. Beautiful beaches are just a short 10 min walk away lined with 4 and 5* Hotels containing fantastic facilities and Restaurants. The Atlantico shopping centre contains numerous shops, bars, restaurants, also a bowling alley and cinema. The main town of Caleta de Fuste is a 20 min walk along the promenade or 2 min in a car containing a huge selection of restaurants, shops a beautiful harbour and facilities.

On arrival our recommended car hire company is Cicar which can be collected at Fuerteventura Airport.
Fuerterventura International Airport is just 10 mins drive from Villa Carskeogh.
There is also a good bus service around the Island.

“Lovely villa, good location” The villa is lovely and done to a high standard. It is approx 25min walk to nearest beach and shops. Ideal for families.
