Villa Sarina is a large 3 bedroom Canarian style private luxury villa situated on the new Salinas de Antigua Golf Course just outside the resort of Caleta de Fuste in Fuerteventura. The villa will be furnished to a very high standard throughout and the kitchen is fully fitted. Villa Sarina sleeps up to 6 people in 1 double bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) and 2 twin bedrooms. The villa will be fully equipped with all facilities with a private 8m x 4m covered swimming pool (heated in the winter months) outside jacuzzi and a sunbathing area with sunbeds outside dining area and outside shower and Canarian barbecue. The villa is south facing and has both mountain and sea views. Spectacular sunsets can be seen from the patio at the front of the villa which overlooks the mounatin ranges to the west.

The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura is the hidden gem of the Canary Islands with beaches that rival any found in the Caribbean.
All year round sunshine and temperatures that never drop below 22 degrees even in winter make Fuerteventura an all year round resort and ideal holiday location.
For Golfers there are two 18 hole golf courses in Caleta de Fuste one held the Spanish Open in 2004 a nine hole golf course in Las Playitas and a golf course planned in Jandia.
Dramatic volcanic landscapes lagoon beaches crystal clear waters white sand beaches ancient history musuems breathtaking churches sacred mountains quaint little villages there is something for everyone on Fuerteventura.

Caleta de Fuste / Salinas de Antigua Golf Course area
Caleta de Fuste has a sandy gently shelving lagoon beach perfect for families and non swimmers sunbeds and parasols can be hired. Watersports including diving windsurfing pedaloes deep sea fishing boat trips and an Oceanarium can be found by the harbour. There are plenty of shops bars and plenty of restaurants with a choice of typically canarian tapas fish mexican indian portuguese steak fish something to tempt everyone.
The Atlantico centre is a 15 minutes stroll from the property or a two minute taxi ride and here you will find a further selection of great restaurants bars boutique style shops and a large Eurospar supermarket. There is also a cinema complex showing English films and a bowling alley with amusements.
In front of the Atlantico centre are lagoon beaches with pedaloes sunbeds and parasols for hire. Caleta is central to the island and the stunning sand dunes in Corralejo are only a forty minutes drive away where you can find the Baku Water Park and new Animal Kingdom. The Caribbean beaches which stretch for thirty five miles down south in Jandia are just over an hours drive away. Inland the quaint villages and ancient churches are less than a 15 minutes drive away.
Villa Sarina is situated a mere three minute walk from the 18 hole Salinas De Antigua Golf Club House where golf clubs and equipment can be hired and where there is a restaurant and bar. It is also a short walk to the Atlantico Centre where there is a large EuroSpar supermarket cinema complex bowling alley bars and restaurants and two lagoon beaches. The adjoining 18 hole Championship Fuerteventura Golf Course is only a few minutes walk away meaning there are 2 excellent courses within walking distance.
How to get there
All the major tour operators fly to Fuerteventura Thomas Cook First Choice Airtours XL Airways and the low cost Airline Ryan Air have direct flights from Dublin and Shannon at great prices.
Ryan Air also fly direct to Fuerteventura from Girona and Madrid.
From Germany Condor have direct flights.

Further details indoors: The lounge will be furnished to a very high standard with rattan furniture three seater sofa and two one seater sofas rattan coffee table rattan side table rattan sideboard as well as a dining table and six rattan chairs . For guests enjoyment there is 32 inch flat screen TV with a selection of english channels stereo music system and DVD player. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine dishwasher microwave hob and extractor full size oven large fridge/freezer toaster kettle coffee maker kitchen untensils pots and pans etc. There is also a steam iron and ironing board and a safe for guests added security.
The master bedroom is beautifully furnished in rattan and has a king size bed and en suite and it has a large dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space and cooling ceiling fans.
Both twin bedrooms are beautifully furnished in rattan and have cooling ceiling fans and fully fitted wardrobes with drawers.
Further details outdoors: Villa Sarina is a typically Canarian style south facing villa with both sea and mountain views.
It has shutters on all the windows and doors ensuring the villa can be kept cool as required.
Entrance to Villa Sarina is via private gates with private parking space and there is an intercom system for access to the villa. It has its own private 8m x 4m swimming pool which is heated during the winter months outdoor jacuzzi outdoor shower large sunbathing terraces and Canarian barbecue for Al Fresco dining . There are plenty of sunbeds as well as an outdoor table and chairs a melamine dinner service is provided for Al fresco dining .
The gardens are landscaped with tropical plants and palms.

THE VILLA IS NON SMOKING. Smoking is allowed only on the outside terraces. A booking deposit of 25% is payable with the remaining balance to be paid no later than six weeks before departure. All linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided. Small welcome provided for all new arrivals. English speaking property management with 24hr helpline. A breakage deposit of £100 is payable on arrival day to be refunded after a full check of the property by the management company in resort on departure day. Cots and high chairs are available for hire . Pre delivery grocery ordering service available.

The owners do not take any responsibility for any persons who may injur themselves whilst in the property or its grounds. It is advisable to take out your own travel insurance before departure . Once a deposit has been paid this is non refundable under any circumstances in the case of any cancellation.
