A beautiful luxury four bedroom villa having two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and two twin room all with fitted wadrobes and ceiling fans. Large family bathroom, Large light lounge/dining room enjoying beuatiful views over the golf course and sun drenched patio area , leading out of the patio doors onto a covered patio area for those who wish to sit in the shade having patio table and chairs. On the large patio area around the pool there are eight reclying loungers and a pool side shower for your convenience.
This villa is perfectly situated for that complete get away from it all holiday with the peace and tranquility of lounging round the pool. For those people wishing to do more whilst away there is plenty of activities localy to do e.g cycling, fishing ,Golf , surfing and many more.

The Fuerteventura region

Sun, sea and sand: Fuerteventura offers them all with three thousand hours of sunshine a year a sun drenched stay is virtually guaranteed all year round.. Villa Vista Verde is located on the Championship Golf Course in Caleta de Fuste which is close to a number of beautiful family friendly beaches. At the entrance to the golf course is the Atlantico Centre, which is a modern shopping mall. The Caleta harbour provides for sea related recreational activities(wind-surfing, scuba diving, etc) Further afield newcomers to the island should certainly visit the sand dunes in Corralejo (not quite so family friendly but stunning nevertheless). Take a trip south to Jandia for alternative beaches. Visit Baku water-park in Corralejo with the children, there is also a zoo in Lalajita.

Caleta de Fuste / Campo de Golfe area

Fuerteventura Golf Club is an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course with lush wide fairways lined by swaying palm trees, is a par 70 extending 6124 metres from the championship tees with a mild descent from the clubhouse down towards the ocean. The course which is superbly appointed and maintained will present a challenge to the most serious golfer as well as an ideal place to improve your golf game for those less experienced. Offering a large practice area which includes a 50 bay driving range and extensive practice putting/chipping facilities. The Clubhouse includes a large pro-shop, changing rooms with lockers, club storage area, sauna, gym, swimming pool and renowned restaurant all housed within the 5 Star Elba Palace Golf Hotel. Buggies, trolleys and two classes of clubs can be hired.

Further local activities include Surfing,swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, mountaineering, roller blading.

The villa is a comfortable holiday home for up to eight people with the light lounge/dining room seating eight people and having a large dining table for eight people for those wishing to entertain. The lounge also has a 40inc wall mounted TV offering (BBC1,BBC2,ITV1 and Channel 4 British TV)

The villa has a south facing large paved patio area having contained boarders with typically Canarian plants/shrubs this also having magnificent views to the golf course and beyond.. A private kidney shaped pool surrounded by eight reclying sun loungers also pool side shower there is patio table and chairs under cover (for shade) The villa has a large secluded roof terrace for the more serious sun worshiper

Further details

There is linen and towels at the villa however we would ask guests to bring there own beach towels for use around the pool and beach. If the cot is required (please advise in advance of travel) guests are asked to provide their own cot bedding
Change over days are usually on Wednesday or Saturday. The villa becomes available to guests from 4.00pm. on the day of arrival and we ask that all guests leave the villa no later than 10.00am on the morning of there departure.

Conditions

We ask any perspective guests to initialy contact the owners to discuss availability, We would hold for 24hrs while the flight was arranged. On confirmation we ask for 20% of monies to be paid with the balance being paid at least 8 weeks prior to booked date including breakage deposit of £200.00 which would be refunded within 7 days of return if no damage. An additiona £50 would be charged if heating of the pool was required.
