About the home

Beautiful luxury villa situated in the golf resort of Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura, in the all year round sunny Canary Island.
Interior designed with four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large lounge/dining, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, heated pool, terrace with dining table and 8 chairs and outdoor suite of furniture, roof terrace and barbecue area
The villa with its own private heated pool overlooks the 17th fairway of the Fuerteventura Golf Club, which hosted the 2004 Spanish Open Golf Championships, and is considered by many to be one of the finest golf courses in Europe with wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains of Fuerteventura.
Close by is the popular but unspoilt tourist centre of Caleta de Fuste and here you will find a wide range of bars restaurants and entertainment. This is an idyllic location for a family holiday.

The villa is luxuriously interior designed. The TV receives BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, channel 5 and the movie channel.

Further details outdoors:
The large roof terrace had panoramic views. There is a dining table, chairs and sun lounges from which to view the surrounding coast, town and mountains.
The ground floor terrace has a dining area with table and 8 chairs and a sitting area with a suite of furniture and coffee table. By the pool there is a large barbecue and 6 sun beds. The heated pool can be covered to retain the heat. The garden has been professionally landscaped.

Conditions

We require a 25% deposit to secure booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.There is also a £200 refundable breakage deposit.

The Fuerteventura region

Campo de Golfe is situated 1 kilometre from the lovely resort of Caleta de Fuste with its many shops, restaurants and its beautiful beach harbour which provides many water sports facilities. There are 3000 hours of sunshine a year with an average yearly temperature of 25 degrees. It is a tranquil place, an anspoilt destination. You can, of course, find plenty of people to party with in the main resorts, but just beyond is a place of spectacular beauty and peace. The sand is magnificent and the beaches are reckoned to be the most impressive in Europe. The beautiful old capital of Betancuria is well worth a visit, as is the Oasis Safari Park and the natural reserve parks.

The Caleta de Fuste / Campo de Golfe area

Although the golf resort provides all the activities one needs on holiday there are nearby other places which are well worth a visit. The capital Puerto del Rosario is a short bus ride away and is a must for serious shoppers. Caleta de Fuste is one of the main resorts in the island and is a short walk from the villa. There are 2 golf courses on your doorstep and the green fees are very competative. The natural salt museum is 5 minutes from the villa and is situated in a lovely fishing village.

Our villa, with its own private pool and landscaped garden is a 10 minute drive from Fuerteventura airport. There are a large number of budget airlines from the UK to Fuerteventura airport and many hire car companies situated at the airport. A car is not necessary but is a great way to tour the island. The villa is situated in the 5 star Fuerteventura Golf resort which has 2 five star hotels and 2 four star hotels. The resort is 1 kilometre beyond the large resort of Caleta de Fuste with its many shops, restaurants and beautiful beach and harbour. The harbour has many water sports facilities and boat trips. From here you can wind surf, shark fish, scuba dive, Jet Ski and take numerous boat day trips.

“Great way to celebrate Birthday and New Year” Celebrated birthday by treating family to this trip,something I have always wanted to do at this time of year.Had a ball Villa excellent.Plenty of room for 5 adults and little one Grandson (3 years old)in pool every day could not keep him out,played a couple of games of golf with my son (twightlight slightly cheaper time changed on 1st Jan from 13.00hrs to 14.00hrs.) Car would be convenient for supp;ies but not neccessary. Remember to take Ian's phone number

“Great house and location for all the family” We stayed at the villa for two weeks in June. The villa had everything a family of three generations could need. The house itself is modern and spacious and the grounds well presented. The location is great with a 5 minute walk to the Atlantica shopping centre and a 15 minute stroll into town where we found lots of good eating places and plenty for my grandson to do. We particularly enjoyed our nights at home when we barbecued and sat outside til late at the chill out area. I would recommend Caleta for families with children as there is lots to entertain them without the resort being overcrowded. We liked it so much that we are returning next year which is a first for us to go to the same place two years running!
