The beautiful Castillo beach is only a 10 minute walk with crystal clear water and golden sand.Also the Spa, gymnasium and tennis courts are only 10 mins away. The villa has parking for 2 cars, a dedicated barbecue area and walls around the garden an lockable gate for full security and privacy.The property is very spacious and ideal for families, and fitted to high standard. The local beach is only 5 min walk away, and the sandy beach starts behind the commercial shopping centre and goes past the Sheraton Hotel and beyond into Caleta de fuste, where you can arrange boat trips etc.

The Fuerteventura region
The villa is situated on The Las Salinas 18 hole PGA golf course, with club house and restaurant,and next door another 18 hole PGA course the fuerteventura golf course. A 5 min walk from the villa is the local beach and an 8 minute walk away is the commercial shopping centre open 365 days of the year with, ten pin bowling,cinema and amusement arcade,supermarket,bank,hairdressers,bars and restaurants.Behind this is the begininng of the sandy beach that continues past the Sheraton Hotel and to the main beach in Caleta de fuste. We have also negotiated a discount with the Sheraton Hotel of 20% on all treatments and for entrance to the Thalasso spa with Hydrospa, Roman and steam bath, jacuzzi plus lots more at a reduced of 15€. There are a variety of water sports available eg, jet skis, pedalos, kyaks, wind surfing, diving, snorkeling, fishing trips and catamaran rides. 40 mins drive to the famous sand dunes of Corralejo and breathtaking beaches.Here in Correlejo you can get a ferry that takes 15 minutes to Lanzarote, with several crossings a day.
Caleta de Fuste / Salinas de Antigua Golf Course area
The airport is only 8 kms from the villa approx €15 in a taxi, car hire is aslo available and highly recommended to discover the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. The capital Puerto Del Rosario is only 12 kms from the villa with a fantastic shopping centre (Las Rotondos).Atlantic shopping centre only 5 mins walk, open 7 days a week from 09.30 until 22.00 including the Sol Bank. Lots of shops, big supermarket, restaurants etc.
How to get there
Ryanair fly to Fuerteventura 3 days a week from Dublin and also from Gerona in Spain. Ryanair also fly from Liverpool on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Starting from Shannon in November 07 . Charter flights available from most UK airports. Flights are usually on Wednesday and Saturday but a few airlines fly on other days. Fuerteventura airport is situated approximately 15 min from the airport by car located centraly between Puerto del Rosario and Caleta De Fuste. Easyjet also fly from Madrid to Fuerteventura. Car hire can be booked on arrival but I recommend pre-booking in the UK. Taxis are available at the airport but there can be queues for these at peak times.

Any special requests can be made at time of booking e.g cot, high chair etc. We would request that smokers use the outside area only for smoking and not inside the Villa. Please cover the pool each night as this helps keep it in top condition.The Villa will have a full clean prior to arrival, with fresh towels and linen provided once a week. The pool will be cleaned twice per week.
Conditions
Bookings will only be held for 1 week prior to deposit. Deposit of 20% is required with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Upon receipt of your deposit a confirmation of your booking will be sent by e mail. A security deposit of £200 needs to be paid on arrival and will be refunded subject to and after exit inspection.
