Luxury Villa suitable for families, couples or golfers, furnished to the very highest standards. Smokers welcome. Second line villa so no golf balls landing in terraces! This villa is ideally situated to both the town centre and main beach area.With a private pool, sunbathing terrace, large dining patio area, and large internal dining area. High quality furnishings throughout. Originally furnished for owner occupation.

Close to town with many bars, restaurants and shops. 10 min walk to the beach. Both Caleta golf courses are situated either side of the villa. 1 spare set of golf clubs, bags, trolleys etc. However, would recommend buggy, which all courses have plenty of.

The Fuerteventura region

Beautiful white sandy beaches await you when holiday on the unspoilt island of Fuerteventura. Tthis is a real Sub Tropical get-away. More sparsely populated than the other Canary Islands. It's a haven for watersports enthusiasts, with great diving and some of the best windsurfing conditions to be had anywhere (Each year 1 stage of the World Championships are held here). If you fancy something different than the beach then be sure to explore the interior, with its rugged volcanic landscape and stunning sunsets, lighting up the skies in a whole host of colours.

Caleta de Fuste / Campo de Golfe area

Caleta de Fuste is a great holiday location, with literally something for everyone. Whether you want to top up your tan on the beach, get aquainted with the stunning marine life while diving or relax and watch the world go by at one of the many restaurants and bars, you will not be disappointed! And don't worry about entertaining the kids in the evening- there is a 10 screen multiplex cinema (1 Showing English Language Film) a bowling alley, that is perfect for children and adults alike, along with amusment and games arcades, outdoor parks, trampolines etc.

Situated on the on the new Salinas De Antigua Golf Course and only 5 mins' from the Fuerteventura Golf Course which hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. Despite Fuerteventura's almost constant sunshine and little rain, the golf course has beautiful greens. There is also the Las Plajitas 6 hole golf course, which you play 3 times and is within 30 minutes' by car. (Soon to be 12 hole and then 18). Additional 18 hole course approx 1 hour away in Jandia, by car.

In addition to the golf, the scuba diving in Fuerteventura is fantastic. Deep Blue in Caleta de Fuste have 2 dives daily by boat.

5 minutes' taxi to town centre or 20 minutes' walk along the beach front. Atlantico Shopping Centre is 10 minutes' walk, with large supermarket, cinemaplex (1 English film per week), 10 pin bowling, McDonald's, Burger King, pizza places, wine bars, and many fashion/accessory/mobile phone shops and cash machines.

Only 30 minutes' driving to Corralejo which has new water park and kids' outdoor activity centre. 35 minutes' drive south to best zoo in the Canaries.

So, pack your sun-cream and prepare for your ideal holiday!

How to get there

Flights available from all UK airports. The traditional Island changeover day is Wednesday, however flights are available from Glasgow, Manchester and London on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
The property is 10 minutes' from the airport and €10.00 in a taxi.

We have special arrangements for clients with Auto Ventura Car and Van Hire - Please request info when booking. (New AC Cars from €150 per week)

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A Breakages Deposit of £200 (Or Euro Equivalent) is also payable on arrival, which is fully refundable on your last day.

Likes – Size of Villa. Quality of Furnishings. Quality of Decor. High Spec of Games Room. Water Dispenser. No Insects (First time in 5 years of visiting Fuerteventura that we have not seen any!) En Suite, Dressing Room, Utility Room, Large Shaded Patio, Very Comfortable Beds, Excellent Sized Pool. (Pool Cover makes a massive difference!) Contemporary Lighting, Night Sky Through Large Lounge Glass Roof, and Gas Barbeque.

Improvements for next year – Helicopter, Chauffeur and Headed Notepaper !!
