The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura is one of the larger of the Canary Islands and lies close to the Equator. Because of its location this region is guaranteed year round sunshine with winter temperatures no lower than 22 degrees. The ideal weather conditions of this island make it a most attractive holiday destination. The Island offers peace and tranquility with breath taking scenery while at the same time providing all of the requirements of the modern tourist.
Caleta de Fuste / Central Caleta area
Atlan is ideally situated no matter what your interests are. The beach at Caleta 3 minutes away is safe for the swimmer and non-swimmer alike. Sun beds and parasols are available for hire. Water sports are plentiful with pedaloes windsurfing jet skiing most popular. For the fishing enthusiast there is deep-sea fishing, and for the swimmers there is a Dive school, and if these sound too strenuous there is an Oceanarium and Sea Lion Shows. For the golfer Atlan has two golf courses within easy reach, one of which hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. Both golf courses are open to non-residents and golf equipment is available for hire. Public transport is available 3 minutes walk away from Atlan and will take you to other parts of the Island. The Atlantico Shopping Centre is just 3 minutes by bus away and has restaurants bars and several boutiques and a large Eurospar.

This is an non smoking property. Smoking is only allowed on the outside terraces. No pets allowed. A breakage deposit of 150 pounds / 220 euros is payable on arrival to be refunded on the day of departure once the property has been fully checked.
