Luxuriously furnished 3 bed villa on the Fuerteventura Golf Resort, and located just 100 metres from the 18th tee of the golf course at Caleta de Fuste.The villa, finished to the highest standards, is furnished in a contemporary style with high quality fittings. To the front of the property is a set of double gates leading to the very private professionally landscaped garden which is a good size. The garden is professionally maintained and is ideal for enjoying the Canarian sunshine. Large terrace with dining table and 6 chairs. Barbecue. 4 sun loungers. 2 balconies on first floor. The private communal pool is located just 50m from the villa and is solely for residents and guests of the La Colina development. The villa enjoys superb views out to sea from the terrace and balcony.
Inside there are 3 bedrooms (all with 2 twin beds) all with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is a large open plan lounge/dining area with a large double sofa bed. A Playstation 2 console and a selection of games, plus a DVD/CD is provided. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and WC and the other with bath/shower over.
The beaches, restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance and you can also enjoy using the free courtesy bus service which runs from the 5 star Elba Palace Golf Hotel located just a 5 min walk away. This free bus takes you to the Atlantico Shopping Centre, beaches and the town of Caleta. Guests at the villa may use many of the facilities available at the Golf Club located within the 5* Elba Golf Hotel. These include, gymnasium, tennis, restaurants and bars (fee payable locally).

The Fuerteventura region

Caleta de Fuste / Campo de Golfe area
Caleta de Fuste is a very family friendly resort with a wide range of activities to suit all age groups. The gently sloping, horseshoe shaped beach is very safe for swimming. The harbour area is home to lots of watersports including scuba diving, snorkelling, deep sea fishing and more.
There are restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets and children are always main welcome. The nearby Altantico Centre houses a cinema, 10 pin bowling alley and boutique style shops. The prestigious Fuerteventura golf course is located in Caleta de Fuste so be sure to bring your handicap certificate! To the south of the island there is a zoo and botanical gardens and to the north, the newly built Baku centre houses a wildlife park, water park and amusement areas.
The villa is about 1.0 kilometres from the Altantico Shopping centre and 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Caleta de Fuste. A free courtesy bus runs from the Elba Sara Hotel to the Altantico Centre which houses a supermarket, lots of shops, bars and restaurants, a 10 pin bowling alley and a cinema. To the rear of the Atlantico Centre are a number of lagoon style beaches which offer safe bathing for children. There is also a walkway which connects the Altantico Centre to the seafront in Caleta de Fuste.
