About the home

Villa Graciosa is now a privately owned VIP Villa which has been totally refurbished and redecorated to a very high standard by local company Dolphin Furnishing Fuerteventura and for the comfort of our guests pool heating has been added to the private pool. The downstairs games room with full size pool table has also been refurbished and now includes as extra a football table tv dvd player ps2 and gamescube and children's corner.

The villa is situated a minutes walk from restaurants bars and supermarkets in the Montecastillo Centre Caleta de Fuste. Villa Graciosa has a tranquil situation althought close to a commercial zone making it an ideal selection for the enjoyment of an intimate relaxing and peaceful vacation in an exclusive family setting of luxury and comfort.

In the central part of the island paradise of Fuerteventura, VIPVillas are located in the tranquil and prestigious tourist zone of Caleta de Fuste.

The area offers relaxation, as well as a variety of sports, restaurants, shopping centres, areas for strolling, and nocturnal entertainment. The complex is situated about 700 meters from the exotic beach of Caleta de Fuste, 15 minutes from its marina, and close to supermarkets and shopping centres.

Car hire is not required to stay at the villa as the mini train which stops outside the villa takes you down to the beach and harbour area . This is a fun way to see the sights and costs approx 1 euro.

Or if you prefer a short ten minute stroll will take you to the centre of Caleta where you will find a larger variety of restaurants bars shops and banks.

The luxury furnished lounge in relaxing creams golds and oranges has three seater two seater and one seater rattan sofas rattan coffee table rattan side table with rattan lamp and decorative rattan sideboard and luxury wall mountings .

For your enjoyment there is a large 42 Inch Flat Screen Philips Cinema Sound Amber Light TV which has english channels including BBC1 BBC2 BBC3 BBC4 ITV1 there is also a Hi Fi System and DVD player .

The dining area has a luxury rattan dining table with six luxury rattan chairs and rattan display cabinet.

The lounge overlooking the pool and Caleta coastline is very spacious and airy and from the lounge the double patio windows open out onto a south facing terrace where you will find luxury terrace furniture ideal for al fresco dining and six mesh sunbeds for enjoying the Fuerteventura sunshine morning through until evening .

The south facing terrace surrounding the large 7m x 4m heated pool has outstanding Golf Mountain and Sea views. In the morning there are views of the sun rising through to wonderful views in the evening of the sun setting behind the mountains.

On part of the terrace area there is also a Canarian Barbecue ideal for true Canarian al fresco dining.

The luxury furnished master bedroom has rattan furniture a king size bed with rattan headboard two bedside rattan cabinets each withits own tiffany lamps . For high summer temperatures there is a cooling ceiling fan and there is plenty of wardrobe space in the fitted wardrobes.

Both twin bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have ornate Tiffany lamps and both have fitted wardrobes and cooling ceiling fans.

Villa Graciosa is an ideal luxury retreat for families and couples alike a real home from home with all the home comforts to hand a truly unique villa in Caleta de Fuste.

Villa Graciosa is a stunning three bedroom two bathroom villa with its own private heated swimming pool and games room with full size pool table in a tranquil position boasting sea and golf course views but with the added bonus of being a minutes walk away from supermarkets restaurants and bars in the Montecastillo Centre.

A short ten minute stroll will take you to the centre of Caleta and the beach area with a larger variety of shops bars and restauarants or the Mini Train which stops outside the Montecastillo Centre a minutes walk from the villa will take you the short ride into the centre of Caleta and to the beach and harbour area. This costs approx 1 euro per person and is a fun way to see the sights.

The villa has three bedrooms and the added bonus of an enormous games room which has a full size pool table football table play station2 with a selection of games a television and dvd player . For the little ones there is even a children's corner with play mats building bricks cars and disney pictures on the wall.
The two sofa beds can sleep an extra two persons and there is a private bathroom with walk in shower at the entrance to the downstairs games room.

Villa Graciosa has its own private heated swimming pool and is surrounded by tropical plants and gardens.

The outside patio area is ideal for al fresco dining with outside table and chairs and there are plenty of sunbeds to enjoy and relax in the sun.

Guests have the option of pool heating outside this period at a cost of £50/week.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura is the hidden gem of the Canary Islands with beaches that rival any found in the Caribbean.
All year round sunshine and temperatures that never drop below 22 degrees even in winter make Fuerteventura an all year round resort and ideal holiday location.

The Caleta de Fuste area

Caleta de Fuste has a sandy gently shelving lagoon beach perfect for families and non swimmers sunbeds and parasols can be hired. Watersports including diving windsurfing pedaloes deep sea fishing boat trips and an Oceanarium can be found by the harbour. There are plenty of shops bars and plenty of restaurants with a choice of typically canarian tapas fish mexican indian portuguese steak fish something to tempt everyone.

There are two golf courses within a three minute drive of the property one being an 18 hole championship golf course which held the Spanish Open in 2004. The Atlantico centre is twenty minutes stroll from the property or a two minute bus ride and here you will find a further selection of great restaurants bars boutique style shops and a large Eurospar supermarket. There is also a cinema complex showing English films and a bowling alley with amusements.

In front of the Atlantico centre are lagoon beaches with pedaloes sunbeds and parasols for hire. Caleta is central to the island and the stunning sand dunes in Corralejo are only a forty minutes drive away where you can find the Baku Water Park and new Animal Kingdom. The Caribbean beaches which stretch for thirty five miles down south in Jandia are just over an hours drive away. Inland the quaint villages and ancient churches are less than a 15 minutes drive away.

All the major tour operators fly to Fuerteventura Thomas Cook First Choice Airtours XL Airways and the low cost Airline Ryan Air have direct flights from LIverpool and Dublin at great prices.

Ryan Air also fly direct to Fuerteventura from Girona .

From Germany Condor have direct flights.

From Spain all the major spanish airlines eg Air Europa Spanair also have flights to Fuerteventura.

A breakage deposit of £200 is requested by our management company on arrival and will be returned on departure day given all is well.
