About the home

Stunning luxury villa on the prestigious golf resort near the popular resort of Caleta De Fuste. 10 minutes drive from the airport. The villa is front line to the golf course and is situated directly on the sixth fairway overlooking the exclusive 5* Elba Palace Golf Hotel. The villa oozes luxury throughout. The furnishings are of the highest standard and the services of a local intrerior designer, who has furnished the showhouses, has helped create a 5* ambience from the stunning four poster bed to the Indonesian outdoor dining table with eight carver chairs. The large 'Bali House', installed in December 08 finishes the villa perfectly and guests will be 'wowwed' as soon as they enter. Very well situated the villa has an array of local amenities. Previous guests have even gone so far as to order duplicate items from the interior designer that they have seen in the villa and have shipped them back to England!!

The master suite has a stunning superking size four poster bed and a luxurious en-suite with a large jacuzzie bath. TV with DVD player (freeview system)
The second bedroom has a king size bed.
The third room had twin beds.
The fourth room has a double bed
There are fitted wardrobes for use of guests in three bedrooms and a chest of drawers in the fourth bedroom.
All the bedrooms have their own individually operated air-conditioning units.
Luxury fitted kitchen with granite work tops. Equipment includes oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge/freezer. There is also a table and chairs for the convenience of guests who do not wish to dine al fresco style.
The lounge has a beautifully crafted feature ceiling. Elegant leather seating, large Indonesian coffee table, flat screen television, DVD player, CD player and Sky television. As with the bedrooms the lounge area has air conditioning

Further details outdoors:
The villa stands in its own plot and is fenced all around. There are 8 sunloungers dotted around the pool and a very large indonesian solid teak table and 8 carver armchairs for alfresco dining sitting under a pergola. There is also a private shaded area. A large BBQ completes the pool area perfectly!!. The spiral staircase leads to a large roof terrace (almost the same size as the villa)where you can soak up the breathtaking views. The Roof Terrace is fully furnished with an outdoor lounging suite consisting of two, two seaters and two arm chairs. There is also four luxurious teak sun loungers each pair with a small coffee table. The large 'Bali House' installed in the garden area (complete with thatched roof) provides a much needed outdoor shaded area for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the breathtaking surroundings..........very luxurious!! For your convenience pool towels are provided so no need to think of the extra weight in your luggage!!

The prices are for 1 - 8 guests. The fourth bedroom is only really suitable for either one adult or two children.
Pool heating extra £50.00 per week
Air-conditioning extra £50.00 per week (which also provides heating)
Changeover day can be flexible but Wednesday is preferred
A bed guard is also available for toddlers.
No Smoking inside the villa. Ashtrtays available outside around pool area.

Conditions

30% deposit required on booking and the remaining balance required six weeks before departure.

The Bali House!!

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura is world famous for its white sandy beaches and breathtaking sand dunes. You will not be disappointed! The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away but it really is worth getting out and about discovering the virtually deserted beaches in the less populated areas.

The Caleta de Fuste / Campo de Golfe area

Ust a ten minute walk away is the main Atlantico shopping centre where you can find a large supermarket, jewellers, restaurants, bi-lingual cinema complex and bowling alley. A taxi from the resort centrre to the villa is just three euros so whilst car hire would be beneficial it is certainly not essential.

The golf course hosted the 2004 Spanish Open and is considered to be one of the best. There is also another golf course minutes away (literally next door) for those golfers wishing to play more that one course. Other courses can be found on the island.

“fantastic 10 days!” 8 of us stayed at villa kiera and we loved it so much didnt want to leave! the villa is amazing and has everything and more that you need john and elaine who look after the property are great and very helpful.There was more than enough space for us all even to spend a little time on your own maybe having a drink sitting on the roof terrace so peaceful.karen who owns the villa was very helpful and even let us stay a little longer on our day of departure.Would recommednd the villa to everyone cant wait to go back.

“3 time round and still wonderful” What a fantastic place to stay and the owners are so very helpful and friendly. You couldn't wish to stay in a better located villa. The property managers are on hand to help with any questions or advice. If you are in any doubt booking this, don't be...you won't regret it. Beautiful, well equipped and a total pleasure to stay, hence we have been back 3 times. Have been out with grandparents, children and friends. There is something for everyone.

Lisa and Peter, Rochdale -"Just thought I would let you know that we had a lovely holiday in Fuerteventura, and your villa was a real "home from home". It really was beautiful, and furnished lovely. The description on the website was indeed very accurate. The villa had everything we needed to make our stay so comfortable and relaxing, and the position of it was fabulous, overlooking the golf course. Joanne and family - We really enjoyed our holiday, the villa was great, the pool was so lovely and warm, my daughter absolutely loved it, she is so petite she gets cold so easily but she loved being in the pool and was in it for ages.
