About the home

A relaxing sunshine holiday home with access to 2 ,18 hole championship golf courses. Not just for the golfer but also ideal for a family destination as beaches and town centre are very closeby. This villa has 4 bedrooms, a large living room and a well equipped kitchen.
The private pool overlooks the golf course and also has ocean views from the large sun terrace. Total house size is 200 sq meters including a magnificent roof top sun terrace. The garden and pool area is very generous and private at 500 sq meters.
A safety fence afound the swimming pool with self locking gate is provided for the safety of younger family members, this allows you the parent to have a relaxing holiday.

The furnishings are all provided by an interior designer and are top of the range. The master bedroom has a large kingsize double bed and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath tub, An ideal way to relax after your day in the sun. In the morning you will be greeted by sunshine and you can walk to the pool from your private patio doors. The other 3 rooms are all very large and are served by another large bathroom with a vast shower .
The Living room has a large corner type leather suite of furniture, and also has an oak dining table with leather dining chairs. A large flat screen satellite TV with DVD is provided. All this again over looks the pool and golf course. This room also has a staircase leading to the roof top sun terrace with spectacular views to the ocean and golf course.
The kitchen is very modern with all stainless steel appliances.
All rooms have airconditioning.

Safety Fence around pool provides extra protection for younger family members who may not be used to having a swimming pool. The gate is self locking and provides parents with the peace of mind needed to unwind.
The safety fence can be removed on request,

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura has a lovely climate with sunshine all year round. Temperatures a rarely too hot with the average being 25 degrees c even in winer time.

The Caleta de Fuste / Fuerteventura Golf area

Caleta De Fuste is an ideal location for those looking for it all in a sunshine break. The beaches are world renowned and are never too busy. The town offers some great shopping and a great selection of restaurants and bars. Fuerteventura Golf Resort also offers a number 0f 5 star hotels with 5 star restaurants.
There are 2 golf courses both 18 hole with Green fees being no more than 65 Euro.
This location is more than just golf and ideal also or families, in fact the owners are not golfers but holiday here many times a year just for the views and luxury, with safety for the two small children.

“Another lovely holiday..” We've just got back from the second time me and my partner have stayed at Villa Sammia and it was as lovely as we remembered :) ..Lots of space, nice and clean, outdoor area fab (especially with the private pool :) ), great views of the golf course, and it was lovely enjoying breakfast on the roof terrace each morning. we'd definately recommend it, and cant wait to go again already :)
